Ingredients:
- Atta (Wheat flour) 2 tbs
- Lal mirch powder (Red chili powder) 1 tsp or to taste
- Garam masala powder 1/2 tsp
- Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed 1/2 tbs
- Dried parsley 1 tsp
- Namak (Salt) 1/2 tsp or to taste
- Dhania (Coriander seeds) roasted & crushed 1/2 tbs
- Cooking oil 3-4 tbs
Dough:
- Atta (Wheat flour) sifted 2 Cups
- Namak (Salt) 1/2 tsp
- Cooking oil 1 tbs
- Neem garam pani (Luke warm water) as required
- Cooking oil for frying
Directions:
In bowl,add wheat flour,red chili powder,garam masala powder,cumin seeds,dried parsley,salt, coriander seeds,mix well & set aside.
In saucepan,add cooking oil and heat it.
Add prepared spice mix and mix well for 30 seconds & set aside.
Prepare Dough:
In wheat flour,add salt,cooking oil and lukewarm water,mix well and knead until dough is formed,cover and let it rest for 15 minutes.
Grease hands with oil and knead dough again.
Take a dough,sprinkle flour and roll out dough with the help of rolling pin.
Add prepared spice mix and spread evenly.
Make a hole in the center of the dough and fold carefully,cut the dough from the side and roll it like swiss roll.
Sprinkle flour and spread the dough with the help of the rolling pin (makes 4).
Heat griddle,place rolled dough and fry from both sides with cooking oil.

Saucepan mein cooking oil dal ker garam karein.
Tayyar spice mix dal ker 30 seconds kliya ache tarhan mix karein & side per rakh dein.
Prepare Dough:
Atta mein namak,cooking oil aur pani dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ghond ker dough tayyar ker lein aur dhak ker 15 minutes kliya rakh dein.
Haathon ko oil sa grease karein aur dough ko dubara ghond lein.
Dough lein aur maida chirak ker rolling pin ki madad sa bail lein.
Tayyar spice mix dal ker pheela lein.
Maida chirak ker pheela lein.
Dough ka center mein hole ker lein aur carefully fold ker lein,dough ko side sa cut ker lein aur swiss roll ki tarhan roll ker lein.
Maida chirak dein aur rolling pin ki madad sa dough ko bail lein (makes 4).
Cooking oil laga ker maida chirak dein aur rolling pin ki madad sa bail lein.
Tawa garam karein aur rolled dough rakh ker dono sides sa cooking oil mein fry ker lein.
