-Corn kernels boiled 300g

Prepare Chicken Stock (Yakhni):

-Chicken neck & ribs 250g

-Chicken fillet 200g

-Water 6-8 Cups or as required

-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tsp

Prepare Spicy Tikka Chicken for Topping:

-Cooking oil 1 tbs

-Tikka masala 2 tbs

-Lemon juice 1 & ½ tbs

Prepare Corn Soup:

-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste

-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed 1 tsp or to taste

-Chicken powder 1 & ½ tbs (optional)

-Sirka (Vinegar) ½ tbs

-Chilli sauce 2 tbs

-Soy sauce 2 tbs

-Cornflour 4-5 tbs

-Water ¾ Cup

-Anda (Eggs) whisked 2

-Water ¾ Cup

Prepare Pickled Green Chillies:

-Sirka (Vinegar) ½ Cup

-Namak (Salt) 1 pinch

-Hari mirch (Green chillies) chopped 10-12

-Hara pyaz (Green onion) leaves chopped

-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed

-Anda (Egg) boiled



-In chopper,add corn kernels,grind coarsely & set aside.

Chicken Stock (Yakhni):

-In a pot,add chicken,water,ginger garlic paste,mix well and bring it to boil,remove scum,cover and cook on low flame for 25-30 minutes then take out chicken pieces & let it cool.Chicken stock is ready!

Spicy Tikka Chicken for Topping:

-Shred chicken with the help of the hands,chop well & set aside.

-In frying pan,add cooking oil,shredded chicken,tikka masala,lemon juice,mix well and cook for a minute & set aside.

Corn Soup:

-In prepared chicken stock (approx. 6 Cups),add chopped corn kernels,mix well and bring it to boil.

-Add salt,black pepper crushed,chicken powder,vinegar,chilli sauce,soy sauce and mix well,remove scrum,cover and cook on medium flame for 8-10 minutes.

-In cornflour,add water and whisk well.

-In pot,add dissolved cornflour,mix well and cook until thickens (2-3 minutes).

-Add whisked egg,stir gently and cook for a minute.

Prepare Pickled Green Chillies:

-In saucepan,add water,vinegar,salt,green chillies,turn on the flame,bring it to boil and cook for 1-2 minutes.

-Let it cool.

-In serving bowl,add soup,tikka chicken,green onion leaves,black pepper crushed,boiled egg,pickled green chillies & serve!
