Ingredients:
- Makhan (Butter) 1 tbs
- Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 1 tbs
- Pyaz (Onion) sliced 1 small
- Band gobhi (Cabbage) shredded 2 Cups
- Gajar (Carrots) julienne ½ Cup
- Tamatar (Tomato) chopped 1 medium
- Yakhni (Stock) low sodium 3 Cups or as required
- Pink salt ½ tsp or to taste
- Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) 2 pinches
- Dried basil leaves ½ tsp
- Dried oregano 1 tsp
- Instant oats ¼ Cup
- Water ½ Cup or as required
- Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed 1 tsp
- Lemon juice 1 tbs
- Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 2 tbs
- Hara pyaz (Green onion) leaves chopped
Directions:
In a pot,add butter & let it melt.
Add garlic & mix well for a minute.
Add onion & mix well.
Add cabbage,carrot,tomato,mix well & stir fry for 2-3 minutes.
Add stock,mix well & bring it to boil.
Add pink salt,turmeric powder,dried basil leaves,dried oregano and mix well,cover & cook on low flame for 8-10 minutes.
In spice mixer,add instant oats and grind to make powder.
In a bowl,add ground oats and water and mix well.
Now add dissolved oats mixture,mix well and cook until soup is thick (approx. 2-3 minutes).
Add black pepper crushed,lemon juice,fresh coriander & mix well.
Garnish with lemon slice,green onion leaves & serve hot!

Pot mein makhan dal ker melt ker lein.
Lehsan dal ker ek minute kliya ache tarhan mix karein.
Pyaz dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Band gobhi,gajar aur tamatar dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 2-3 minutes kliya stir fry ker lein.
Yakhni dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ubal anay dein.
Pink salt,haldi powder,dried basil leaves aur dried oregano dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker halki ancch per 8-10 minutes kliya paka lein.
Spice mixer mein instant oats dal dein aur grind ker ka powder tayyar ker lein.
Bowl mein ground oats aur pani dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
Ab dissolve oats mixture dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur soup garha ho janay tak paka lein (approx. 2-3 minutes).
Kali mirch crushed,lemon juice aur hara dhania dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Lemon slice aur hara pyaz sa garnish ker lein & garam serve karein!
