Ingredients:
- Cooking oil 2-3 tbs
- Adrak (Ginger) chopped 1 tbs
- Chicken strips 250g
- Prawns 250g deveined
- Mushrooms sliced 1 Cup
- Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 2 tsp
- Namak (Salt) ¼ tsp or to taste
- Chicken stock cube 1
- Sirka (Vinegar) 2 tbs
- Soy sauce 3 tbs
- Chilli sauce 3 tbs
- Oyster sauce 1 tbs
- Yakhni (Chicken stock) 7-8 Cups
- Gajar (Carrot) julienne ½ Cup
- Cornflour ¾ Cup
- Water ¼ Cup or as required
- Anday ki safedi (Egg white) 2
- Hara pyaz (Green onion) leaves ½ Cup
Directions:
In a pot,add cooking oil,ginger and mix well.
Add chicken and mix well until changes color.
Add prawns,mushrooms,mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Add black pepper powder,salt,chicken stock cube,vinegar,soy sauce,chilli sauce,oyster sauce and mix well.
Add chicken stock,mix well and bring it to boil.
Add carrots & mix well.
In cornflour,add water and whisk well.
Gradually add dissolve cornflour and cook until desired consistency & keep mixing in between.
In a bowl,add eggs white and whisk well until fluffy.
Add gradually and stir gently.
Add green onion leaves & mix well.
Garnish with green onions leaves & serve hot!

Chicken dal ker rang tabdeel hunay tak ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Prawns aur mushrooms dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 2-3 minutes kliya paka lein.
Kali mirch powder,namak,chicken stock cube,sirka,soy sauce,chilli sauce aur oyster sauce dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Yakhni dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ubal anay dein.
Gajar dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
Cornflour mein pani dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
Thora thora ker ka dissolve cornflour shamil karein aur desired consistency anay tak paka lein aur bech bech mein mix kertay rahein.
Bowl mein anday ki safedi dal ker fluffy hunay tak ache tarhan whisk karein.
Thora thora ker ka shamil karein aur gently mix ker lein.
Hara pyaz dal ker mix ker lein.
Hara pyaz sa garnish ker ka garam serve karein!
