Ingredients:

  • Ghee 2 tbs
  • Laung (Cloves) 4-5
  • Sabut kali mirch (Whole black pepper) ½ tsp
  • Zeera (Cumin seeds) ½ tsp
  • Tez pat (Bay leaves) 2
  • Darchini (Cinnamon stick) 1
  • Mutton bones ½ kg
  • Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tsp
  • Pyaz (Onion) chopped 1 medium
  • Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 tsp
  • Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
  • Garam masala powder ½ tsp
  • Pani (Water) 2 litre or as required
  • Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 1-2 tbs
  • Podina (Mint leaves) chopped 1-2 tbs
  • Adrak (Ginger) julienne 1 tbs
  • Haldee powder (Turmeric powder) ½ tsp
  • Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped

Directions:

In pot,add ghee and let it melt.

Add cloves,whole black pepper,cumin seeds,bay leaves,cinnamon stick,mutton bones and mix well.

Add ginger garlic paste and mix well for 2-3 minutes.

Add onion and mix well.

Add black pepper powder,salt,garam masala powder,water and mix well.

Add fresh coriander,mint leaves and ginger,turmeric powder,mix well and bring it to boil,cover partially and cook on low flame for 4-5 hours.

Sprinkle fresh coriander & serve!
