Ingredients:

  • Mon salwa Chicken samosa 1 pack
  • Cooking oil for frying

Prepare Amchur ki Kahtti Meethi Chutney:

  • Cheeni (Sugar) 1 Cup
  • Amchur powder (Mango powder) 1/3 Cup
  • Saunf (Fennel seeds) crushed 1 tsp
  • Chaat masala 1 tsp
  • Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed 1 tsp
  • Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
  • Garam masala powder ½ tsp
  • Kala namak (Black salt) ½ tsp
  • Namak (Salt) ¼ tsp or to taste
  • Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tsp or to taste
  • Zarda ka rang (Yellow food color) 1-2 pinch
  • Water 1 Cup or as required

Prepare Special Green Chutney:

  • Podina (Mint leaves) ½ Cup
  • Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) ½ Cup
  • Lehsan (Garlic) 4-5 cloves
  • Hari mirch (Green chillies) 3-4
  • Lemon juice 3 tbs
  • Namak (Salt) ¼ tsp or to taste
  • Nimco sev 1 & ½ tbs
  • Water 2 tbs or as required

Prepare Bhel Puri:

  • Murmuray (Puffed rice) 1 & ½ Cup
  • Tamatar (Tomatoes) deseeded & chopped ½ Cup
  • Pyaz (Onion) chopped ½ Cup
  • Aloo (Potatoes) boiled & cubed 2 medium
  • Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 2 tbs
  • Hari mirch (Green chilli) chopped 1-2
  • Paprika powder ½ tbs
  • Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
  • Chaat masala ½ tbs
  • Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed 1 tsp
  • Prepared amchur ki khatti meethi 1 tbs
  • Prepared special green chutney 1 tbs
  • Lemon juice 1-2 tbs
  • Nimco sev ½ Cup

Assembling:

  • Chicken samosa
  • Mozzarella cheese grated as required
  • Papri
  • Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped
  • Hari mirch (Green chilli) chopped
  • Prepared special green chutney
  • Prepared amchur ki khatti meethi chutney
  • Chaat masala
  • Nimco sev
  • Lemon juice
  • Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed

Directions:

In a wok,heat cooking oil and fry chicken samosa on medium flame until golden brown & set aside.

Prepare Amchur ki Khatti Meethi Chutney:

In a wok,add sugar,dried mango powder,fennel seeds,chaat masala,cumin seeds,black pepper powder, garam masala powder,black salt,salt,red chilli powder,yellow food colour,water,mix well and bring it to boil and cook on medium flame for 8-10 minutes and keep mixing in between.

Let it cool.

Can be stored in refrigerator for up to 1 month.

Prepare Special Green Chutney:

In a spice mixer,add mint leaves,fresh coriander,garlic,green chillies,lemon juice,salt,nimco sev and water,blend well & set aside.

Prepare Bhel puri:

In a bowl,add puffed rice,tomatoes,onion,potatoes,fresh coriander,green chilli,paprika powder,salt, chaat masala,red chilli crushed,prepared amchur ki khatti meethi chutney,prepared special green chutney, lemon juice and mix well.

Add nimco sev,mix well & set aside.

Assembling:

On a serving plate,add chicken samosa and break them with the help of the spoon.

Add mozzarella cheese and microwave for 30 seconds.

Add prepared bhel puri,papri,fresh coriander,green chilli,prepared special green chutney,prepared amchur ki khatti meethi chutney,chaat masala,nimco sev,lemon juice,red chilli crushed & serve!
