Ingredients:

  • Hari mirch (Green chilies) 2
  • Lehsan (Garlic) 3-4 cloves
  • Adrak (Ginger) 1 inch piece
  • Chicken boneless cubes 300 gms
  • Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed 1 tsp
  • Lal mirch powder (Red chili powder) 1 tsp or to taste
  • Garam masala powder ½ tsp
  • Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
  • Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 tsp
  • Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) 1/4 Cup
  • Maida (All-purpose flour) sifted 2 Cups
  • Rafhan corn oil 2 tbs
  • Namak (Salt) ½ tsp
  • Pani (Water) ½ Cup or as required
  • Rafhan corn oil 3 tbs
  • Rafhan corn oil for frying

Directions:

In chopper,add green chilies,garlic,ginger and chop well.

Add chicken boneless cubes,cumin seeds,red chili powder,garam masala powder,salt,black pepper powder,fresh coriander,chop well & set aside.

In bowl,add all-purpose flour,corn oil,salt and mix well.

Gradually add water and knead until dough is formed.

Now divide the dough into four equal parts.

Take one part,make a ball and flattened with the help of the fingers.

Pour corn oil and coat well.

Cover and let it rest for 1 hour (room temperature).

Take one flattered dough and spread it with the help of the fingers.

Add mince filling and graze hands with oil,spread filling and fold the upper edges.

Grease dough with corn oil,sprinkle all-purpose flour and cut into strips with the help of the knife and fold & twist the dough.

Now spread again with the help of the fingers (makes 4).

On griddle,add corn oil and fry paratha from both sides until done.
