Ingredients:
Pizza Stuffing:
- Shimla mirch (Capsicum) cubes 2 tbs
- Corns kernels boiled 2 tbs
- Pyaz (Onion) chopped 2 tbs
- Tamatar (Tomato) cubes 2 tbs
- Black olives chopped 2 tbs
- Cheddar cheese grated ¼ Cup
- Mozzarella cheese grated ¼ Cup
- Pizza sauce 1 tbs
- Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) ½ tsp
- Lal mirch (Red chili) crushed 1 & ½ tsp or to taste
- Dried parsley 1 tsp
- Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
Dough:
- Atta (Flour) 2 Cups
- Namak (Salt) ¼ tsp or to taste
- Oil/Ghee 3 tbs
- Pani (Water) as required
- Cheddar cheese grated
- Mozzarella cheese grated
- Lal mirch (Red chili) crushed
Directions:
Pizza Stuffing: (makes 2 paratha’s)
In bowl,add capsicum,corns,onion,tomato,black olives and slightly mash them.
Add cheddar cheese,mozzarella cheese,pizza sauce,garlic powder,red chili crushed,dried parsley,salt and mix well,set aside.
Dough:
In bowl,add flour,salt,oil/ghee and mix well.
Gradually add water and knead until dough is formed,cover and let it rest for 20 minutes.
Take a small dough,make a ball and sprinkle dry flour,roll out dough with the help of rolling pin.
Add prepared pizza stuffing and pull up all sides,seal & press it.
Sprinkle dry flour and roll out with the help of rolling pin.
Grease griddle with ghee and fry paratha from both sides with ghee.
Add cheddar cheese,mozzarella cheese and red chili flakes,cover and cook on low flame until cheese melts.

Thora thora ker ka pani shamil karein aur ghond ker dough tayyar ker lein,dhak ker 20 minutes kliya rakh dein.
Chota dough lein aur ball bana lein,atta chirak dein aur rolling pin ki madad sa bail lein.
Prepared pizza stuffing dal dein aur tamam sides ko pull ker ka seal karein aur press ker lein.
Atta chirak dein aur rolling pin ki madad sa bail lein.
Tawa ko ghee sa grease karein aur paratha ko dono sides sa ghee mein fry ker lein.
Cheddar cheese,mozzarella cheese aur lal mirch crushed dal dein aur dhak ker halki ancch per cheese melt hunay tak paka lein.
