Ingredients:
- Anda (Egg) 1
- Water ¾ Cup
- Namak (Salt) 1 & ½ tsp or to taste
- Sugar 1 & ½ tbs
- Maida (All-purpose flour) sifted 2 Cups
- Fine Atta (White Fine flour) sifted 1 Cup
- Cooking oil 2 tsp
- Cooking oil 2 tsp
- Cooking oil 2-3 tbs
- Cooking oil 2 tsp
- Cooking oil 2 tsp
- Cooking oil as required
Directions:
In a bowl add egg, water, salt, sugar & whisk well until sugar dissolve.
Add all-purpose flour, white fine four, mix well and knead the dough.
Grease with cooking oil, cover & then rest for 1 hour.
Place the dough on a clean surface, knead & stretch the dough for 4-5 minutes.
Grease with oil again & divide the dough in 6 portions (approx. 90 gm each).
Take each portion, make a smooth ball & place them in a dish.
Add & spread cooking oil over the dough balls, cover & let them rest for 10 minutes.
Now on a clean surface, place a dough ball, add cooking oil over it & spread the dough with the help of hands into a large paper-thin dough.
Add & spread cooking oil over it, flip it from the 2 parallel sides then roll the dough & tuck the one end into the center to make a bun.
Press with greased hands & transfer bun paratha on a hot griddle.
Add cooking oil & cook from both sides until golden brown & crispy (makes 6).
Serve bun paratha with chanay ka salan, half fry egg or tea!

Ab maida, white fine atta daal kar achi tarah milayen or atta goondh len.
Oil daal kar grease karen or dhak kar 1 ghanta k liye chor den.
ab atta ko saaf surface pe rakh kar 4-5 minutes tak stretch kar k goondh len.
Oil daal kar chikna karen or atta ko 6 portions may kaat len (approx. 90g each).
Ab dough balls bana kar aik dish may rakh den, oil daal kar dhak kar 10 minutes k liye chor den.
Clean surface pe aik dough ball len or oil daal kar hathon ki madad se itna phelayen k paper ki tarah thin hojaye.
Oil daal kar do taraf se palat den or phir roll kar k akhri siray ko beech may bun ki tarah phasa den.
Ab hathon ki mada se tora sa phela len.
Garam taway pe oil daal kar dono taraf se golden or crispy honay tak achi tarah fry karlen (makes 6).
Bun paratha ko chanay ka salan, half fry anda ya chaye ks ath serve karen!
