Corn 3 ways

Ingredients:

  • Sweet corns 2 tins (425 gms)

Masala Corns:

  • Makhan (Butter) ½ tbs
  • Sweet corns boiled 1 Cup
  • Paprika powder (Paprika powder) ½ tsp
  • Chaat masala 1 tsp or to taste
  • Namak (Salt) 1 pinch or to taste
  • Lemon juice ½ tbs
  • Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 1 tsp

Chicken & Ketchup:

  • Makhan (Butter) ½ tbs
  • Sweet corns boiled 1 Cup
  • Lal mirch powder (Red chili powder) 1/4 tsp or to taste
  • Kali mrch (Black pepper) crushed ¼ tsp
  • Chicken powder ½ tsp
  • Tomato ketchup 1 tbs
  • Namak (Salt) 1 pinch or to taste

 Cheesy Corn:

  • Makhan (Butter) ½ tbs
  • Sweet corns boiled 1 Cup
  • Paprika powder (Paprika powder) ½ tsp
  • Kali mrch (Black pepper) crushed ¼ tsp
  • Dried parsley ½ tsp
  • Namak (Salt) 1 pinch or to taste
  • Cheddar cheese grated ¼ Cup

Directions:

In bowl,place strainer and strain sweet corns & set aside.

For Masala Corns:

In frying pan,add butter and let it melt.

Add sweet corns and mix well.

Cover & cook on low flame for 2 minutes.

Add paprika powder,chaat masala,salt,lemon juice and mix well.

Add fresh coriander,mix well & serve.

For Chicken &  Ketchup:

In frying pan,add butter and let it melt.

Add sweet corns and mix well.

Cover & cook on low flame for 2 minutes.

Add red chili powder,black pepper crushed,chicken powder,tomato ketchup,salt and mix well & serve.

For Cheesy Corn:

In frying pan,add butter and let it melt.

Add sweet corns and mix well.

Cover & cook on low flame for 2 minutes.

Add paprika powder,black pepper crushed,dried parsley,salt and mix well.

Add cheddar cheese and mix well until cheese melts & serve.
