Alfredo Fettuccine with spinach

Ingredients:

  • Pani (Water) boiling as required
  • Salt (Namak) ½ tsp
  • Palak (Spinach) chopped 1 Cup

Prepare Chicken:

  • Oil 1 tbs
  • Chicken bonless strips 300 gms
  • Lehsan paste (Garlic paste) 1 tsp
  • Namak (Salt) ½ tsp
  • Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed ½ tsp

For Alfredo Sauce:

  • Makhan (Butter) 2 tbs
  • Mushrooms chopped ¼ cup
  • Olper’s cream 1 & ½ Cups
  • Doodh (Milk) ¼ cup
  • Cheddar Cheese 2 tbs
  • Lehsan paste (Garlic paste) 1 tsp
  • Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed 1 tsp
  • Dried parsley 1 tsp
  • Parmesan cheese 1 tbs
  • Fried chicken
  • Palak (Spinach) blanched
  • Fettuccini pasta (Boiled) 250 gms
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Dried parsley

Directions:

For blanching spinach,in boiling water,add salt and spinach,boil for 1 minute,strain and pour chilled water & set aside.

In frying pan,add oil,chicken and garlic paste,mix well until chicken changes color.

Add salt and black pepper,stir fry on high until chicken is done and set aside.

For Alfredo sauce,in the same frying pan,add butter and mushrooms,mix for 1 minute,add Olper’s cream,milk,cheddar cheese and garlic paste,mix well.

Add black pepper,dried parsley and parmesan cheese powder,mix well.

Now add fried chicken,blanch spinach and mix well.

Add fettuccini pasta and give it a good mix.

Add parmesan cheese and dried parsley and mix well.

Alfredo fettuccini pasta with spinach is ready.
