In chicken pieces,add yogurt,red chili powder,cumin powder,mace powder,red chili crushed,nutmeg powder,black pepper powder,whole spice powder,coriander powder,ginger garlic paste,salt,lemon juice and food color,mix well and marinate overnight or minimum 4 hours.
Add olive oil in marination and give it a good mix.
Put all chicken pieces into aluminum foil and wrap it.
Add water in steamer, bring it to boil and place wrap pieces in steamer basket over water.
Cover and let it steam cook for 30 -45 minutes or until done (check every 15 minutes).
