In wok,add cooking oil,eggs and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Add cabbage,carrot,capsicum,green onion white part and stir fry for 2-3 minutes.
Add salt,black pepper powder,red chili powder,chicken stock cube,soy sauce,vinegar and mix well.
Add boiled egg noodles and give it a good mix.
Sprinkle green onion leaves & serve!
