  • Cooking oil 2-3 tbs
  • Anday (Eggs) 2
  • Bund gobhi (Cabbage) shredded ½ Cup
  • Gajar (Carrot) julienne ½ Cup
  • Capsicum (Shimla mirch) julienne ½ Cup
  • Hara pyaz (Green onion) white part julienne ¼ Cup
  • Namak (Salt) ¼ tsp or to taste
  • Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
  • Lal mirch powder (Red chili powder) ½ tsp or to taste
  • Chicken stock cube ½ piece
  • Soy sauce 1 tbs
  • Sirka (Vinegar) 1 tbs
  • Egg noodles 200 gms (boil as per pack’s instruction)
  • Hara pyaz (Green onion) leaves


In wok,add cooking oil,eggs and cook for 2-3 minutes.

Add cabbage,carrot,capsicum,green onion white part and stir fry for 2-3 minutes.

Add salt,black pepper powder,red chili powder,chicken stock cube,soy sauce,vinegar and mix well.

Add boiled egg noodles and give it a good mix.

Sprinkle green onion leaves & serve!
