Ingredients:
- Chakki ka atta (Whole wheat flour) sifted 2 & ½ Cup
- Namak (Salt) 1 tsp
- Pani (Water) 1 Cup or as required
- Doodh (Milk) 1 litre
- Sirka (Vinegar) 1 & ½ tbs
- Hari mirch (Green chilli) chopped 2
- Pyaz (Onion) chopped 1/4 Cup
- Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 2 tbs
- Podina (Mint leaves) chopped 2 tbs
- Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed 1 tsp
- Namak (Salt) 1/4 tsp or to taste
- Badam (Almonds) grinded 1/4 Cup
- Apricot oil
Directions:
In bowl,add add wheat flour,salt and mix.
Gradually add water and knead until dough is formed,cover and let it rest for 15 minutes.
In pot,add milk,vinegar and mix well.
Turn on the flame,bring it to boil then strain the curdle mixture through the strainer to separate whey.
In bowl,add strained cheese,green chilli,onion,fresh coriander,mint leaves,black pepper crushed,salt and mix well.
Add almonds,mix well & set aside.
Knead dough again,take a small dough and make a ball,sprinkle flour and roll out with the help of rolling pin.
Heat griddle,place rolled dough and cook from both sides until done.
On cooked dough,apply apricot oil,add & spread prepared cheese mixture and place another cooked dough and apply apricot oil.
Cut into pieces,apply apricot oil & serve!

Directions:
Bowl mein chakki ka atta aur namak dal ker mix karein.
Thora thora ker ka pani shamil karein aur ghond ker dough tayyar ker lein,dhak dein aur 15 minutes kliya rakh dein.
Pot mein doodh aur sirka dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
Chulha on karein aur ubal anay dein phir curdle mixture ko strainer sa strain ker ka whey alag ker lein.
Bowl mein strained cheese,hari mirch,pyaz,hara dhania,podina,kali mirch crushed aur namak dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Badam dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein & side per rakh dein.
Dough ko dubara ghond lein aur chota dough la ker ball bana lein,atta chirak dein aur rolling pin ki madad sa bail lein.
Tawa garam karein aur rolled dough rakh ker dono sides sa paka lein.
Cooked dough per apricot oil laga lein,tayyar cheese mixture dal ker pheela lein,upper sa ek aur cooked dough rakh dein aur apricot oil laga lein.
Pieces mein cut ker lein aur apricot oil laga ker serve karein!
