Ingredients:
Prepare Butter Chicken Sauce:
-Tamatar (Tomatoes) chopped 2 large
-Pyaz (Onion) chopped 1 medium
-Hari mirch (Green chilli) 1
-Lehsan (Garlic) 3-4 cloves
-Adrak (Ginger) 1-inch piece
-Kaju (Cashew nuts) 8-10
-Laung (Cloves) 3-4
-Tez patta (Bay leaves) 2 small
-Darchini (Cinnamon stick) 1
-Zeera (Cumin seeds) 1 tsp
-Iodized Himalayan pink salt 1 tsp or to taste
-Water 1 & ½ Cup or as required
-Makhan (Butter) 3 tbs
-Cooking oil 1 tbs
-Tomato paste 2 tbs
-Kashmiri lal mirch (Kashmiri red chilli) powder 1 tsp
-Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) ¼ tsp
-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) ½ tbs or to taste
-Sugar ½ tbs
-Kasuri methi (Dried fenugreek leaves) ½ tsp
Prepare Spicy Chicken:
-Boneless chicken small cubes 300g
-Tikka masala 1 & ½ tbs
-Kashmiri lal mirch (Kashmiri red chilli) powder 1 tsp
-Dhania powder (Coriander powder) ½ tsp
-Iodized Himalayan pink salt 1 tsp or to taste
-Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed ½ tsp
-Lemon juice 1 & ½ tbs
-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger Garlic paste) 2 tsp
-Cooking oil 1 tbs
-Olper’s cream 1/3 Cup
-Makhan (Butter) 1 tbs
-Cooking oil 1 tsp
-Cheddar cheese slice
Prepare Crispy Lachha Bun Paratha:
-Cooking oil 1 tbs
-Salad patta (Salad leaves)
-Chips
Directions:
Prepare Butter Chicken Sauce:
-In a saucepan,add tomatoes,onion,green chilli,garlic,ginger,cashew nuts,cloves,bay leaves,cinnamon sticks,cumin seeds,pink salt,water,turn on the flame,bring it to boil,cover & cook on medium flame for 10-15 minutes.
-Turn off the flame,blend well then strain & set aside.
-In frying pan,add add butter,cooking oil & let it melt.
-Add tomato paste,kashmiri red chilli powder,turmeric powder,red chilli powder,mix well & cook on medium flame for 1-2 minutes.
-Add strained mixture,mix well & cook for 1-2 minutes.
-Add sugar,dried fenugreek leaves,mix well & cook on medium flame for 4-5 minutes & stir in between.
-Turn off the flame,add cream & mix well,turn on flame & cook for a minute.
-Let it cool & transfer to a squeeze bottle.
Prepare Spicy Chicken:
-In a bowl,add chicken,tikka masala powder,kashmiri red chilli powder,coriander powder,pink salt, cumin seeds,lemon juice,ginger garlic paste,cooking oil & mix well,cover & marinate for 30 minutes.
-In frying pan,add butter,cooking oil & let it melt.
-Add marinated chicken (80g),mix well & cook on medium flame for 4-5 minutes then cook on high flame until it dries up.
-Add prepared butter chicken sauce (2-3 tbs) & mix well.
-Add cheddar cheese slice & set aside.
Prepare Crispy Lachha Bun Paratha:
-Take 100g of dough,make a ball,dust dry flour & roll out with the help of rolling pin.
-Add cooking oil,dust dry flour & cut into strips then roll up.
-Place rolled dough on next strip & repeat the same process 5 more times than tuck in & spread with greased hands.
-On a griddle,heat cooking oil & fry on low flame from both sides until golden.
-On paratha,add prepared butter chicken sauce,salad leaves,chicken filling with cheese,chips,prepared butter chicken sauce & cover with another paratha (makes 4) & serve!

-Saucepan mein tamatar,pyaz,hari mirch,lehsan,adrak,kaju,laung,tez patta,darchini,zeera,pink namak aur pani dal kar flame on karein,ubal anay dein aur dhak ker medium flame par 10-15 minutes paka lein.
-Chulha bund ker dein aur achi tarah blend ker ka strain ker lein aur side par rakh dein.
-Frying pan mein makhan aur cooking oil dal kar melt karein.
-Tomato paste,kashmiri lal mirch powder,haldi powder aur lal mirch powder dal ker ache sa mix karein aur medium flame par 1-2 minutes paka lein.
-Strained mixture dal kar mix karein aur 1-2 minutes paka lein.
-Cheeni aur kasuri methi dal kar mix karein aur darmiyani ancch per 4-5 minutes paka lein (beech beech mein stir karein).
-Flame off karke cream dalen aur mix karein phir flame on karke 1 minute paka lein.
-Thanda ker lein aur squeeze bottle mein transfer karein.
Prepare Spicy Chicken:
-Ek bowl mein chicken,tikka masala,kashmiri lal mirch powder,dhania powder,pink namak,zeera,lemon juice,adrak lehsan paste aur cooking oil dal kar mix karein aur dhak ker 30 minutes ke liye marinate karein.
-Frying pan mein makhan aur cooking oil dal ker melt karein.
-Marinated chicken (80g) dal kar medium flame par 4-5 minutes paka lein phir high flame per sukh janay tak paka lein.
-Tayyar sauce (2-3 tbs) dal kar mix karein.
-Cheddar cheese slice dal kar side par rakh dein.
Prepare Crispy Lachha Bun Paratha:
-100g dough ka ball banayein aur dry flour dust karke rolling pin se bel lein.
-Cooking oil lagayein,dry flour dust karein aur strips cut karein aur roll up karein.
-Rolled dough ko agle strip par rakhein,yeh process 5 dafa repeat karein, phir tuck in karke greased hands se spread karein.
-Tawa per cooking oil garam karein aur halki ancch per dono sides se golden hone tak fry karein.
-Paratha per tayyar butter chicken sauce,salad patta,chicken filling with cheese,chips aur tayyar butter chicken sauce dal ker dosra paratha rakh kar serve karein (makes 4).
