Ingredients:

Prepare Instant Chicken Corn Soup Mix:

-Dehydrated Chicken ¾ Cup

-Dehydrated Corns ½ Cup

-Himalayan Pink Salt 2 & ½ tsp or to taste

-Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) 1 tbs

-Safed Mirch powder (White pepper powder) 1 tsp

-Pyaz powder (Onion powder) 1 tbs

-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 2 tsp

-Chicken powder 4 tbs

-Cornflour 1 Cup

Prepare Instant Chicken Corn Soup from Soup Mix:

-Water 4-5 Cups

-Instant Chicken Corn Soup Mix ½ Cup (100g)

-Anda (Egg) whisked 1

-Soy sauce

-Chilli sauce

-Hara Pyaz (Spring onion) chopped

How to dehydrate Chicken at home:

-Boneless Chicken preferably thighs 500g (boiled with salt)

How to dehydrate Corns at home:

-Corn kernels

 

Directions:

Prepare Instant Chicken Corn Soup Mix:

-In a bowl add dehydrated chicken, dehydrated corns, pink salt, garlic powder, white pepper powder, onion powder, black pepper powder, chicken powder, cornflour & mix well. Instant Chicken Corn Soup Mix is ready (yields: 350g).

Storage:

-Instant Soup mix can be store in an air tight jar or a sealed zip lock bag for up to 1 month (100g in one pack).

Prepare Chicken Corn Soup from Instant Soup Mix:

-In a saucepan add water, ½ Cup (approx. 100g) instant chicken corn soup mix & whisk well.

-Put on stove, stir continuously & cook on low flame until thickens (approx. 6-8 minutes).

-Add whisked egg & stir well then set aside.

-Garnish with soy sauce, chilli sauce, spring onion & serve hot (Serves 2-3)!

How to dehydrate Chicken at home:

-In a chopper add boiled chicken & chop coarsely.

-Spread it on a large tray in thin layer & cover it with muslin cloth.

-Place the tray in direct sunlight for 3-4 days or until completely dehydrated (turn occasionally).

How to dehydrate Corns at home:

-In a chopper add corn kernels & chop coarsely.

-Squeeze out all water from chopped corns through a muslin cloth & spread it on a large tray in thin layer then cover with a muslin cloth.

-Place the tray in direct sunlight for 3-4 days or until completely dehydrated (turn occasionally).
