Ingredients:
- Safed atta (Fine white flour) sifted 2 Cups
- Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
- Cooking oil 1 tbs
- Water 1 Cup or as required
- Cooking oil 1 tsp
- Water as required
- Khashkhash (Poppy seeds) 100g
- Olive oil 1/3 Cup
- Olive oil 1 tsp
- Pista (Pistachio) crushed
- Honey
Directions:
In a bowl,add fine white flour,salt & mix well.
Add cooking oil,gradually add water & knead until dough is formed,grease with cooking oil,cover & let it rest for 20 minutes.
In a bowl,add water,poppy seeds,wash 2-3 times thoroughly,strain and discard water.
In a frying pan,add poppy seeds and dry roast on low flame until completely dries up (approx. 7-8 minutes) & let it cool.
In a spice mixer,add roasted poppy seeds & grind to make powder.
Take out in a bowl,add olive oil and mix well.Poppy seed paste is ready!
Knead dough again,sprinkle dry flour and divide into 3 equal parts.
Take one part and make a ball,sprinkle dry flour & roll out with the help of rolling pin (as thin as possible).
Add & spread poppy seed paste and start rolling the dough from one side & roll it completely.
Dust dry flour & twist the rolled dough into spiral shape then press & spread the twisted dough with the help of hands then roll out with the help of rolling pin (makes 3).
Heat griddle,place rolled dough,brush olive oil & cook on medium flame from both sides until golden brown.
Sprinkle crushed pistachios,drizzle honey & serve!

Cooking oil dal dein aur thora thora ker ka pani shamil karein aur ghond ker dough tayyar ker lein, dough ko cooking oil sa grease karein aur dhak ker 20 minutes kliya rakh dein.
Bowl mein pani aur khashkhash dal ker 2-3 dafa ache tarhan dho lein phir strain ker ka pani ko discard ker dein.
Frying pan mein khashkhash dal dein aur halki ancch per dry ho janay tak dry roast ker lein (approx. 7-8 minutes) & thanda ker lein.
Spice mixer mein roasted khashkhash dal dein aur grind ker ka powder tayyar ker lein.
Bowl mein nikal lein aur olive oil dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.Poppy seed paste tayyar hai.
Dough ko dubara ghond lein aur atta chirak ker 3 equal part mein divide ker lein.
Ek part lein aur ball bana lein,atta chirak dein aur rolling pin ki madad sa bail lein (as thin as possible).
Poppy seed paste dal ker pheela lein aur ek side sa dough ko roll ker lein.
Atta chirak dein aur rolled dough ko twist ker ka spiral shape bana lein aur press ker ka dough haathon ki madad sa spread ker lein phir rolling pin ki madad sa bail lein (makes 3).
Tawa garam karein aur rolled dough rakh ker olive oil laga lein aur darmiyani ancch per dono sides sa golden brown hunay tak paka lein.
Crushed pista sprinkle ker lein aur honey dal ker serve karein!
