Tawa Fry Kaleji

Ingredients:

  • Cooking oil 3-4 tbs
  • Mutton kaleji (Mutton liver) cubes ½ kg (washed)
  • Dhania (Coriander seeds) crushed 1 & ½ tsp
  • Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed 1 tsp
  • Lal mirch powder (Red chili powder) 2 tsp or to taste
  • Garam masala powder 1 tsp
  • Haldee powder (Turmeric powder) ½ tsp
  • Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
  • Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped

Directions:

On griddle,add cooking oil,mutton liver and mix well until changes color.

Add coriander seeds,cumin seeds,red chili powder,garam masala powder,turmeric powder and mix well for 3-4 minutes.

Add salt and mix well.

Sprinkle fresh coriander & serve!
