Sugar Free Kheer

Ingredients:

  • Chawal (Rice) ¼ Cup (soaked for 1 hour)
  • Doodh (Milk) 1 litre
  • Elaichi powder (Cardamom powder) ½ tsp
  • Chuwaray (Dry dates) chopped 2 tbs
  • Kishmish (Raisins) 2 tbs
  • Badam (Almonds) chopped 2 tbs
  • Char maghaz (Melon seeds) 1 tbs
  • Equal sucralose 3 tbs
  • Kewra water 1 tsp
  • Badam (Almonds) sliced
  • Dried rose petals

Directions:

In mortal & pestle,add soaked rice,crushed coarsely & set aside.

In a wok,add milk & bring it to boil.

Add crushed rice,mix well & cook for 3-4 minutes.

Add cardamom powder & mix well.

Add dry dates,raisins,almonds and melon seeds,mix well & bring it to boil,cover partially & cook on low flame until 40% milk is reduce (25-30 minutes) then mash well to desired consistency with the help of wooden masher.

Add equal sucralose & mix well.

Add kewra water and mix well.

Garnish with almonds,dried rose petals & serve chilled.
