Prepare Cream Frosting:

-Ice cubes as required

-Olper’s Cream chilled 300ml

-Sugar powdered 3-4 tbs

-Coconut essence ½ tsp

Prepare Tres Leches Milk:

-Coconut powder 100g

-Pineapple syrup 1 Cup

-Olper’s Milk 1 Cup

-Coconut essence ½ tsp

-Condensed milk 250ml

Prepare Cake:

-Anday ki safedi (Egg whites) 5

-Bareek cheeni (Caster sugar) ¼ Cup

-Anday ki zardi (Egg yolks) 5

-Cooking oil ½ Cup

-Vanilla essence 1 tsp

-Pineapple juice ¾ Cup

-Bareek cheeni (Caster sugar) ½ Cup

-Maida (All-purpose flour) 1 & ½ Cup

-Namak (Salt) ¼ tsp

-Baking powder 2 tsp

-Khopra (Desiccated coconut) as required

-Pineapple chunks




Prepare Cream Frosting:

-In a large bowl,add ice cubes & place another bowl over it,add cream & beat well.

-Add sugar,coconut essence & beat well until stiff peaks form & set aside.

Prepare Tres Leches Milk:

-In a jug,add coconut powder,pineapple syrup,milk,coconut essence,condensed milk,whisk well & set aside.

Prepare Cake:

-In a bowl,add egg whites & beat well until foamy.

-Add caster sugar & beat well until stiff peaks form & set aside.

-In a bowl,add egg yolks,cooking oil,vanilla essence,pineapple juice,caster sugar & beat well.

-Place sifter on a bowl,add all-purpose flour,salt,baking powder & sift together.

-Fold gently & beat well.

-Gradually add egg white meringue & fold gently with spatula.

-On greased baking dish,pour prepared batter & tap few times.

-Bake in preheated oven at 170C for 35 minutes.

-Let it cool at room temperature.

-Poke holes with the help of wooden skewer,pour prepared tres leches milk,cover & let it rest for 1 hour then refrigerate for 3-4 hours or until chilled.

-Add & spread prepared cream frosting & set evenly.

-Sprinkle desiccated coconut,decorate with pineapple & cherries.

-Cut into slices & serve chilled!
