Prepare Ferrero Rocher Cake Base:

-Ferrero Rocher 3-4

-Badam (Almonds) chopped 1 tbs

-Chocolate Cupcakes 4-5

Prepare Ferrero Rocher Mousse:

-Ferrero Rocher 4

-Olper’s Milk powder ½ Cup (50g)

-Water 6 tbs (90ml)

-Semi sweetened dark chocolate chopped 90g

-Whipping cream 150ml


-Ferrero Rocher

-Podina (Mint leaves)



Prepare Ferrero Rocher Cake Base:

-On a clean cutting board,roughly chop Ferrero Rocher with the help of knife.

-Take out in a bowl,add almonds,chocolate cupcakes (crumble with the help of hand),mix well & set aside.

Prepare Ferrero Rocher Mousse:

-In a jug,add Ferrero Rocher,milk powder,water,blend well & set aside.

-In a bowl,add semi sweetened dark chocolate,blended mixture & microwave for a minute then mix well.

-Let it cool.

-In a bowl,add whipping cream & beat until stiff peaks form.

-Take out half quantity of whipped cream in a piping bag & reserve for later use.

-In remaining whipped cream,add melted chocolate mixture & beat well.

-Transfer to a piping bag & refrigerate until use.


-In a serving cup,add prepared cake base,Ferrero Rocher mousse & whipped cream.

-Garnish with Ferrero Rocher,mint leaves & serve chilled (makes 6-8 small servings).
