  • Pani (Water) Hot ½ Cup
  • Cheeni (Sugar) 1 Cup
  • Namak (Salt) 1 pinch
  • Ghee ½ Cup
  • Maida (All-purpose flour) 3 Cups
  • Oil for frying


In hot water,add sugar,salt and ghee,whisk well until sugar is dissolved and set aside.

In all-purpose flour, gradually add water mixture and knead a smooth dough,cover and let it rest for 15 minutes.

Divide dough into two equal parts,coat in dry flour and roll out with the help of rolling pin.

Cut the dough into desired shape with knife.

In wok,heat oil and fry until golden.
