Ingredients:

Keri Podina Chutney (Raw mango & Mint):

  • Keri (Raw mango) peeled & cubes 250g
  • Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) 2 bunches
  • Podina (Mint leaves) 1 bunch
  • Hari mirch (Green chillies) 4-5
  • Lehsan (Garlic) cloves 4-5
  • Zeera (Cumin seeds) 1 tsp
  • Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
  • Cooking oil 2 tsp
  • Water ½ Cup or as required

Keri & Nariyal Chutney (Raw mango & Coconut):

  • Keri (Raw mango) peeled & cubes 250g
  • Nariyal (Fresh coconut) cubes 100g
  • Hari mirch (Green chillies) 3-4
  • Zeera (Cumin seeds) 1 tsp
  • Desi gur (Jaggery) powdered 1 tsp
  • Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
  • Cooking oil 1 tsp
  • Water ½ Cup or as required

Keri & Gur Chutney (Raw mango & Jaggery):

  • Cooking oil 1-2 tbs
  • Kalonji (Nigella seeds) ½ tsp
  • Saunf (Fennel seeds) ½ tsp
  • Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 1 & ½ tsp
  • Adrak (Ginger) chopped 1 & ½ tsp
  • Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed 1 & ½ tsp
  • Keri (Raw mango) peeled & cut in julienne 300g
  • Water 1 Cup or as required
  • Desi gur (Jaggery) powdered 1 Cup
  • Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste

Directions:

Keri Podina Chutney (Raw mango & Mint):

In a blender jug,add raw mango,fresh coriander,mint leaves,green chillies,garlic,cumin seeds,salt, cooking oil,water & blend well.

Can be serve as condiment with daal chawal,paratha,fried items,kabab & snacks.

Keri & Nariyal Chutney (Raw mango & Coconut):

In a blender jug,add raw mangoes,fresh coconut,green chillies,cumin seeds,jaggery,salt,cooking oil, water & blend well.

Can be serve as condiment with paratha/roti,daal chawal & any snack.

Keri & Gur Chutney (Raw mango & Jaggery):

In a wok,add cooking oil,nigella seeds,fennel seeds & mix well.

Add garlic,ginger,red chilli crushed & mix well.

Add raw mangoes & mix well.

Add water and mix well,cover & cook on medium flame until soft (12-15 minutes).

Add jaggery,salt and mix well,cover & cook on low flame for 8-10 minutes.

Mash coarsely with the help of the masher & let it cool down completely.

Can be serve as condiment with paratha/roti,daal chawal,puri & fried snacks.
