BBQ Sauce – Yogurt sauce and Thousand Island Dressing

Ingredients:

BBQ Sauce:

  • Tomato ketchup ½ Cup
  • Brown sugar powdered 3 tbs
  • Sirka (Vinegar) ½ tsp
  • Worcestershire sauce 2 tbs
  • Namak (Salt) 1 pinch
  • Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
  • Paprika powder 1 tsp
  • Mustard powder 1 tsp
  • Koyla (Charcoal) for smoke

Thousand Island Dressing:

  • Mayonnaise 1 Cup
  • Tomato ketchup ½ Cup
  • Pickled cucumber finely chopped ½ tbs
  • Pyaz (Onion) finely chopped 1 tbs
  • Chili sauce 1 tsp
  • Namak (Salt) 1 pinch
  • Sirka (Vinegar) ½ tsp
  • Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp

Garlic Yogurt Sauce:

  • Dahi (Yogurt) ½ Cup
  • Cream ½ Cup
  • Namak (Salt) 1 pinch
  • Lehsan (Garlic) clove 1
  • Cooking oil 2 tsp
  • Lemon juice 1 tbs

Directions:

BBQ Sauce:

In bowl,add tomato ketchup,brown sugar,vinegar,worcestershire sauce,salt,black pepper powder, paprika powder,mustard powder and whisk until well combined.

Give a charcoal smoke for 2-3 minutes.

Can be stored in refrigerator for up to 1 week.

Thousand Island Sauce:

In bowl,add mayonnaise,tomato ketchup,pickled cucumber,onion,chili sauce,salt,vinegar,black pepper powder and whisk until well combined.

Can be stored in refrigerator for up to 2-3 days.

Garlic Yogurt Sauce:

In blender,add yogurt,cream,salt,garlic,cooking oil,lemon juice and blend until well combined.

Can be stored in refrigerator for up to 2-3 days.
