  • Olive oil or Oil ¾ cup
  • Nigella seeds 1 tsp (crushed)
  • Mustard seeds 1 tbs (crushed)
  • Coriander seeds 1 tbs (crushed)
  • Salt 1 tsp or to taste
  • -Red chili flakes 1 tbs
  • Fennel seeds 1 tsp (crushed)
  • Tatri/citric acid/sour salt ½ tsp
  • Garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Green garlic 4 tbs
  • Green chili 6-7 (chopped)
  • Carrots 250 gms (julienne)


In bowl,add oil,nigella seeds(crushed),mustard seeds (crushed),coriander seeds(crushed),salt,red chili flakes,fennel seeds (crushed),tarti,garlic paste,green garlic,green chili and carrots.

Give it a good mix.

Instant carrot pickle is ready.


Don’t use wet or used spoon.
You can store in fridge for up to 2 weeks.
Always use clean and dry jars for storage.
