Ingredients:
- Chicken fillet ½ kg
- Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed 1 tsp
- Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tsp
- Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
- Paprika powder 2 tsp
- Lemon juice 1 & ½ tbs
- Cooking oil 2-3 tbs
- Makhan (Butter) 2-3 tbs
- Lehsan (Garlic) finely chopped 2 & ½ tbs
- Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed 1 tsp
- Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
- Lemon juice 3 tbs
- Water 1 Cup or as required
- Chicken stock cube 1
- Olpers dairy cream 200 ml (1 pack)
- Cheddar cheese grated ½ Cup
- Pasta 250g (Boiled as per pack’s instructions)
- Fresh parsley chopped 2 tbs
- Fresh parsley chopped
Directions:
In a bowl,add chicken,black pepper crushed,ginger garlic paste,salt,paprika powder,lemon juice,mix well and marinate for 15 minutes.
On a grill pan,add cooking oil and grill marinated fillets on low flame until done (5-6 minutes each side) then cut into pieces & set aside.
In a wok,add butter and let it melt.
Add garlic and mix well.
Add black pepper crushed,salt,lemon juice and mix well.
Add water,chicken stock cube and mix well,bring to it boil and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Turn flame low,add cream and whisk well.
Add cheddar cheese,mix well & cook on low flame until sauce thickens & keep mixing in between.
Add boiled pasta and toss well.
Add fresh parsley and mix well.
On a serving dish,add pasta,grilled chicken and garnish with fresh parsley & serve!

Bowl mein chicken,kali mirch crushed,adrak lehsan paste,namak,paprika powder aur lemon juice dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 15 minutes kliya marinate ker lein.
Grill pan mein cooking oil dal dein aur marinated fillets ko dono sides sa halki ancch per grill ker lein (5-6 minutes each side) phir pieces mein cut ker lein & side per rakh dein.
Karhai mein makhan dal ker melt ker lein.
Lehsan dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
Kali mirch crushed,namak aur lemon juice dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Pani aur chicken stock cube dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ubal anay ka bad 2-3 minutes kliya paka lein.
Chulha halka ker lein aur cream dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
Cheddar cheese dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur halki ancch per sauce garha ho janay tak paka lein aur bech bech mein chamcha chalatay rahein.
Boiled paste dal ker ache tarhan toss ker lein.
Fresh parsley dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Serving plate mein pasta dal ker grilled chicken rakh dein aur fresh parsley sa garnish ker ka serve karein!
