Ingredients:
-Cream ¾ Cup
-Doodh (Milk) ¾ Cup
-Yakhni (Chicken stock) ½ Cup substitute: 1 stock cube dissolved in hot water
-Cooking oil 3 tbs
-Pyaz (Onion) chopped 1 small
-Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 1 tbs
-Tomato puree ½ Cup
-Mustard paste 1 tbs
-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) ½ tsp or to taste
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
-Paprika powder 1 tsp
-Dried oregano 1 tsp
-Dried parsley ½ tsp
-Macaroni boiled 250g
-Cheddar cheese grated 4 tbs or as required
-Mozzarella cheese grated 4 tbs or as required
-Fresh parsley chopped
Directions:
-In a jug,add cream,milk,chicken stock,whisk well & set aside.
-In a wok,add cooking oil,onion,garlic & sauté until onions are translucent.
-Add tomato puree,mustard paste,mix well & cook for 1-2 minutes.
-Add red chilli powder,salt,paprika powder,dried oregano,dried parsley & mix well.
-Add milk & cream mixture,mix well & bring it to boil.
-Add boiled macaroni & give it a good mix.
-Add cheddar cheese,mozzarella cheese & mix well until cheese melts.
-Add fresh parsley & serve!
