Ingredients:
- Chicken boneless cubes ½ kg
- Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tbs
- Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tsp
- Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
- Cooking oil ½ Cup
- Pyaz (Onion) sliced 1 large
- Hari elaichi (Green cardamom) 3-4
- Laung (Cloves) 3-4
- Darchini (Cinnamon stick) 1
- Sabut kali mirch (Black peppercorns) 1/4 tsp
- Zeera (Cumin seeds) 1 tsp
- Korma masala 1 & ½ tbs
- Dhania powder (Coriander powder) 1 tbs
- Water 1/4 Cup or as required
- Dahi (Yogurt) whisked 3/4 Cup
- Water ½ Cup or as required
- Elbow macaroni 400g (boiled as per pack’s instruction)
Directions:
In bowl,add chicken boneless cubes,ginger garlic paste,red chilli powder,salt,mix well and marinate for 15-20 minutes.
In wok,add cooking oil,onion and fry until golden and set aside for later use.
In spice mixer,add green cardamom,cloves,cinnamon stick,black peppercorns,cumin seeds and grind well.
Add korma masala,coriander powder,fried onion,water and grind to make a paste & set aside.
Heat cooking oil,add marinated chicken,mix well and cook for 10-12 minutes.
Add yogurt and mix well.
Add grinded paste,mix well and cook for 4-5 minutes.
Add water and mix well,cover and cook on low flame for 4-5 minutes then cook on high flame until oil separates & gravy is reduced.
On serving plate,add boiled macaroni,korma masala & serve!

Bowl mein chicken boneless cubes,adrak lehsan paste,lal mirch powder aur namak dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 15-20 minutes kliya marinate ker lein.
Karhai mein cooking oil aur pyaz dal dein aur golden hunay tak fry ker lein aur bad mein use kernay kliya side per rakh dein.
Spice mixer mein hari elaichi,laung,darchini,sabut kali mirch aur zeera dal ker ache tarhan grind ker dein.
Korma masala,dhania powder,fried pyaz aur pani dal dein aur grind ker ka paste tayyar ker lein & side per rakh dein.
Cooking oil garam karein aur marinated chicken ko ache tarhan mix ker ka 10-12 minutes kliya paka lein.
Dahi shamil karein aur ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Grinded paste dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 4-5 minutes kliya paka lein.
Pani dal ker mix karein aur dhak ker halki ancch per 4-5 minutes kliya paka lein phir tez ancch per oil alag hunay aur gravy reduce ho janay tak paka lein.
Serving dish mein boiled macaroni aur korma masala dal ker serve karein!
