Ingredients:
- Oil 3-4 tbs
- Ginger garlic ½ tbs
- Green chili paste 4-6
- Chicken ½ kg
- Salt 1 tsp or to taste
- Yogurt 3/4 cup
- Black pepper 1 tsp
- Cumin 1 tsp
- Coriander 1 tsp
- Ginger (julienne cut) 2 inch piece or as preferred
- Garam masala ½ tsp
- Tetra pack cream 4 tbs
- Green chili 2-3
- Lemon juice 1 tbs (optional)
Directions:
Heat oil in a wok, add chicken and fry until it turns golden.
Add ginger garlic paste, green chili paste and salt.
Cook for 6-8 mins on medium flame.
In bowl, add yogurt, black pepper, roasted and crushed cumin and coriander crushed and mix well.
Add yogurt in chicken and mix well.
Cook for 6-8 mins or until yogurt water dries out and chicken is tender.
You can add 1-2 tsb water if required.
Add ginger (julienne cut), garam masala lemon juice, and Tetra pack cream 4 tbs - cook for few mins.
White chicken karahi is ready to serve with roti chapati or naan.

- Hari mirchi paste 4-6
- Chicken ½ kg
- Namak 1 tsp or to taste
- Dahi 3/4 cup
- Kuti kali mirch 1 tsp
- Bhuna kuta zeera 1 tsp
- Bhuna kutra dhania 1 tsp
- Adrak
- Garam masala ½ tsp
- Tetrapak cream 4 tbs
- Hari mirch 2-3
- Lemon juice 1 tbs (optional)
Directions:
Aik karahi mein tail garam kareen aur us me chicken daleen aur pakaeen .
Us mein adrak lehsan ka paste, hari mirch ka paste aur namak milaeen.
6-8 mins ke liye dheemi anch par pakaeen .
Aik pyala leen, dahi, kali mirch, zeera kuta howa, dhaniya kuta howa daleen aur sahi se milaeen.
Dahi ko chicken main shamil karain.
6-8 mins ke liye pakaeen jub tak dahi ka pani sukh jaee aur chicken gal jaee.
1-2 tbs pani bhi shamil karsakte hai.
Adrak (juliene cut), garam masala, leemo ka rass, aur Tetra pack cream daleen aur thori dair ke liye pakaeen .
White chicken karahai tayyar hai aur isse roti, naan aur chapatti ke sath khaya ja sakta hai.
