-Tamatar (Tomatoes) 3 medium

-Methi dana (Fenugreek seeds) 1 tsp

-Sabut dhania (Coriander seeds) 1 & ½ tbs

-Zeera (Cumin seeds) 1 & ½ tbs

-Saunf (Fennel seeds) 1 & ½ tbs

-Kalonji (Nigella seeds) 1 tbs

-Rai dana (Mustard seeds) yellow 2 tsp

-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed 1 tbs

-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tsp or to taste

-Dhania powder (Coriander powder) 2 tsp

-Kashmiri lal mirch (Kashmiri red chilli) powder ½ tbs

-Chaat masala 1 tsp

-Namak (Salt) 1 & ½ tsp or to taste

-Garam masala powder 1 tsp

-Tatri (Citric acid) ¼ tsp

-Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) ½ tsp

-Lemon juice 2-3 tbs

-Sarson ka tel (Mustard oil) 1 & ½ tbs

-Hari mirch (Green chillies) 9-10

-Cooking oil ½ Cup

-Pyaz (Onion) sliced 2 large

-Lehsan (Garlic) crushed ½ tbs

-Adrak (Ginger) crushed ½ tbs

-Dahi (Yogurt) 250g

-Chicken mix boti 1 kg

-Water 1 Cup or as required

-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 2-3 tbs

-Lemon juice 1 tbs

-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped



-In a chopper,add tomatoes,chop well & set aside.

-In a spice mixer,add fenugreek seeds,coriander seeds,cumin seeds,fennel seeds & grind coarsely.

-Take out in a bowl,add nigella seeds,mustard seeds,red chilli crushed,red chilli powder,coriander powder,Kashmiri red chilli powder,chaat masala,salt,garam masala powder,citric acid,turmeric powder & mix well.

-Take out half quantity in a bowl & reserve for later use.

-In remaining spice mix,add lemon juice,mustard oil & mix well.

-Slit green chillies from the center,remove seeds and stuffed with prepared spice mix & set aside.

-In a pot,add cooking oil,onion & fry until light golden.

-Add garlic,ginger & mix well.

-Add pureed tomatoes,yogurt,reserved spice mix & mix well,cover & cook on low flame until oil separates (8-10 minutes).

-Add chicken,mix well & cook on medium flame for 10-12 minutes.

-Add water,mix well & bring it to boil.

-Add fresh coriander,stuffed green chillies,cover & cook on medium flame for 12-15 minutes.

-Add lemon juice,mix well & cook on high flame until oil separates.

-Garnish with fresh coriander & serve!
