Ingredients:
Prepare Caramelized Onion:
-Olive oil 1 tbs
-Pyaz (Onion) sliced 2 medium
-Bareek cheeni (Caster sugar) 1 tsp
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed ½ tsp
-Chicken powder ¼ tsp
-Iodized Himalayan pink salt ¼ tsp or to taste
Prepare Dough:
-Warm water ¾ Cup
-Bareek cheeni (Caster sugar) 1 tbs
-Khameer (Instant yeast) 1 tbs
-Maida (All-purpose flour) sifted 1 Cup
-Maida (All-purpose flour) sifted 1 & ½ Cup
-Iodized Himalayan pink salt ½ tsp
-Warm water ½ Cup or as required
-Olive oil 1 tsp
-Cheddar & Mozzarella Cheese 2-3 tbs
-Anda (Egg) whisked 1
-Til (Sesame seeds) black & white
-Makhan (Butter) unsalted 2-3 tbs (melted)
-Lehsan (Garlic) finely chopped ½ tbs
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed ½ tsp
-Iodized Himalayan pink salt to taste
-Fresh parsley chopped 1 tsp
Directions:
Prepare Caramelized Onion:
-In frying pan,add olive oil,onion,mix well & cook on medium flame for 4-5 minutes.
-Add caster sugar,red chilli crushed,chicken powder,pink salt,mix well & cook on medium flame for 2-3 minutes.
-Let it cool.
Prepare Dough:
-In a bowl,add warm water,caster sugar,instant yeast,all-purpose flour & mix well until it crumbles,cover & let it rest for 10 minutes.
-Add all-purpose flour,pink salt & mix well.
-Gradually add warm water,mix & knead until dough is formed.
-Grease dough with olive oil,cover & let it rest for 5-10 minutes.
-Knead dough again until smooth.
-Take 105g of dough,make a ball,dust dry flour & roll out with the help of a rolling pin.
-Dust dry flour & fold in half,using dough cutter,make evenly spaced cuts along folding side of the dough.
-Take the cut strips & braid them gently from right to left.
-Now open the folded dough,add caramelized onion in the center & spread evenly.
-Add mix cheese & apply water in the corners with the help of brush,carefully fold the braided side over the filling,sealing the edges gently.
-Place the braided dough in a baking tray (greased & lined with baking paper).
-Apply egg wash with the help of brush & sprinkle sesame seeds.
-Bake in preheated oven at 180 °C for 15-20 minutes.
-In a bowl,add butter,garlic,red chilli crush,pink salt,fresh parsley & mix well. Garlic butter is ready!
-After baking,apply butter sauce on bread (makes 6).
-Serve with tomato ketchup!

-Frying pan mein olive oil daalein, onion add karein, achi tarah mix karein aur medium flame par 4-5 minutes tak cook karein.
-Ab is mein caster sugar, red chilli crushed, chicken powder, pink salt daalein, mix karein aur 2-3 minutes tak medium flame par cook karein.
-Thanda hone ke liye rakh dein.
Prepare Dough:
-Ek bowl mein warm water, caster sugar, instant yeast, all-purpose flour daalein, mix karein jab tak crumble-like texture ban jaye, cover karein aur 10 minutes ke liye rest kar dein.
-Ab is mein all-purpose flour, pink salt daalein aur mix karein.
-Gradually warm water daalte hue dough knead karein jab tak dough form ho jaye.
-Dough ko olive oil se grease karein, cover karein aur 5-10 minutes ke liye rest kar dein.
-Phir dough ko dobara knead karein jab tak smooth ho jaye.
-105g dough le kar ball bana lein, dry flour dust karein aur rolling pin se roll out karein.
-Phir dough ko half fold karein aur dough cutter se folded side par evenly spaced cuts bana lein.
-Cut strips ko gently braid karein right se left tak.
-Ab folded dough ko open karein, center mein caramelized onion spread karein.
-Upar se mix cheese daalein aur corners par brush ki madad se paani lagayein.
-Braided side ko filling par carefully fold karein aur edges gently seal karein.
-Braided dough ko greased aur baking paper lined tray mein rakhein.
-Egg wash apply karein aur sesame seeds sprinkle karein.
-Preheated oven mein 180°C par 15-20 minutes tak bake karein.
-Ek bowl mein butter, garlic, red chilli crushed, pink salt, fresh parsley daalein aur mix karein. Garlic butter ready hai!
-Bake hone ke baad bread par butter sauce brush karein (makes 6).
-Serve karein tomato ketchup ke sath!
