Ingredients:
Prepare Lemon Cake:
- Makhan (Butter) 200g (room temperature)
- Bareek cheeni (Caster sugar) 1 Cup
- Anday (Eggs) 4 (room temperature)
- Vanilla essence 2 tsp
- Maida (All-purpose flour) sifted 2 Cups (280g)
- Namak (Salt) ½ tsp
- 7up ½ Cup (room temperature)
- Lemon juice 1 tbs
Prepare Lemon Glaze:
- Icing sugar 1 Cup
- 7up 1 & ½ tbs (room temperature)
- Lemon juice 1 tbs
- Lemon zest
Directions:
Prepare Lemon Cake:
In a bowl,add butter and beat until light & fluffy.
Add caster sugar and beat for 4-5 minutes.
Add eggs,one by one and beat after each addition,add vanilla essence and beat well.
Add half quantity of all-purpose flour,salt and beat until well combined.
Add 7up,lemon juice and beat well.
Add remaining flour and beat well.
Pour prepared batter in a greased bundt baking pan,stir with skewer and tap few times.
Bake in preheated oven at 170C for 50 minutes.
Let the cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes.
Remove cake from baking pan,invert onto a wire rack and let it cool completely.
Prepare Lemon Glaze:
In a bowl,add icing sugar,7up,lemon juice and whisk well until smooth.
Drizzle prepared lemon glaze over top,letting it drip down the sides.
Garnish with lemon zest,lemon slices & serve!

Ek,ek ker ka anday shamil karein aur beat kertay rahein,vanilla essence dal ker ache tarhan beat ker lein.
Maida ki half quantity aur namak dal ker ache tarhan beat ker lein.
7up aur lemon juice shamil karein aur ache tarhan beat ker lein.
Remaining maida dal ker ache tarhan beat ker lein.
Greased bundt baking pan mein tayyar batter dal dein,skewer ki madad sa stir karein aur few times tap ker lein.
Preheated oven mein 170C per 50 minutes kliya bake ker lein.
Cake ko pan mein 10 minutes kliya thanad ker lein.
Pan sa nikal lein,wire rack per rakh dein aur completely thanda ker lein.
Prepare Lemon Glaze:
Bowl mein icing sugar,7up aur lemon juice dal dein aur smooth hunay tak ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
Cake ka upper tayyar lemon glaze ko drizzle ker lein.
Lemon zest aur lemon slices sa garnish ker ka serve karein!
