Ingredients:
- Maida (All-purpose flour) sifted 500g
- Khameer (Instant yeast) 1 tbs
- Sugar powdered ¼ Cup
- Namak (Salt) ½ tsp
- Anda (Egg) 1
- Cooking oil 3 tbs
- Doodh (Milk) warm ¾ Cup
- Vanilla essence 1 tsp
- Non-stick spray
- Chocolate melted 200g
- Multi sprinkles
Ingredients:
In a flour kneading machine,add all-purpose flour,instant yeast,sugar,salt,egg,cooking oil,milk & vanilla essence,use dough hook attachment & knead until dough is formed (approx. 8 minutes).
With the help of greased hands,knead dough again until smooth.
Grease dough with cooking oil,cover with cling film & let it proof for 1 hour at warm place.
Transfer the dough on a clean working surface,take a small quantity of dough (60g) and make a smooth ball,press,sprinkle dry flour & roll out with the help of rolling pin.
Coat a small cutter with all-purpose flour and cut with a floured cutter from the center and similarly make other doughnuts.
On a baking tray,place doughnuts,cover with cling film & proof again for 30-40 minutes or until double in size.
Grease air fryer basket with cooking oil.
Place doughnuts,spray non-stick spray & air fry at 150C for 4-5 minutes.
Let them cool completely on a wire rack (30 minutes).
Dip one side of doughnuts in melted chocolate and place it on wire rack to allow excess melted chocolate to drip off.
Sprinkles multi sprinkles & let it set for 8-10 minutes & serve (makes 17-18).

Greased hands ki madad sa dough ko smooth hunay tak dubara ghond lein.
Dough ko cooking oil sa grease karein,cling film sa cover ker lein & 1 hour garam jagha per proof hunay kliya rakh dein.
Dough ko clean workings surface per rakh dein,chota dough lein (60g),smooth ball bana lein,press ker ka maida chirak dein aur rolling pin ki madad sa bail lein.
Chotay chutter ko maida mein coat karein aur center sa cut ker lein aur is he tarhan baqi doughnuts bhi tayyar ker lein.
Baking tray mein doughnuts ko rakh dein,cling film sa cover ker lein aur dubara 30-40 minutes ya size double hunay tak proof ker lein.
Air fryer basket ko cooking oil cooking oil se grease karein.
Doughnuts rakh dein,non-stick spray karein aur 150C per 4-5 minutes kliya bake ker lein.
Wire rack per rakh ker thanda ker lein (30 minutes).
Doughnuts ki ek side ko melted chocolate mein dip ker lein aur wire rack per rakh dein.
Multi sprinkles ko sprinkle ker k 8-10 minutes kliya set hunay dein& serve karein (makes 17-18).
