Ingredients:
- Aam (Mangoes) cubes 2-3 medium
- Sugar 4-5 tbs or to taste
- Milk powder 2 & ½ Cups
- Elaichi powder (Cardamom powder) ½ tsp
- Ghee 2 tbs
- Badam (Almonds) chopped
- Pista (Pistachios) sliced
Directions:
In a blender jug,add mangoes & blend to puree mangoes.
In a wok,add mango puree,sugar,mix well & cook on medium flame for 3-4 minutes.
Add milk powder,cardamom powder,mix well & cook on low flame for 2 minutes.
Add ghee,mix continuously & cook on low flame until it leaves the sides of the pot (12-15 minutes).
Bring it to room temperature.
Take a small quantity of mixture (40g) & make a smooth round ball with the help of your finger pressing in the middle of the ball and place almonds & pistachios in the center,press slightly (makes 12-14) & serve!

Blender jug mein aam dal dein aur blend ker ka mango puree tayyar ker lein.
Karahi mein mango puree aur cheeni dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur darmiyani ancch per 3-4 minutes kliya paka lein.
Milk powder aur elaichi powder dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur halki ancch per 2 minute kliya paka lein.
Ghee dal ker musalsal mix kertay rahein aur halki ancch per pot ki sides chornay tak paka lein (12-15 minutes).
Room temperature per la ayein.
Mixture ki small quantity lein (40g) aur smooth round ball bana lein aur ball ka center mein finger ki madad sa press ker lein,badam aur pista dal ker slightly press ker lein (makes 12-14) & serve karein!
