Ingredients:
Prepare Spicy Mayo Sauce
-Mayonnaise ¾ Cup

Prepare Noodle & Veggies Mixture
-Dalda cooking oil ½ Cup
-Lehsan (Garlic) chopped ½ Cup
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed ½ tbs
-Adrak lehsan (Ginger garlic) crushed 1 tbs
-Pyaz (Onion) diced ½ Cup
-Gajar (Carrot) sliced ½ Cup
-Shimla mirch (Capsicum) diced ½ Cup
-Band gobhi (Cabbage) chopped 1 Cup
-Noodles 200g (Boiled as per pack’s instruction)
-Soy sauce 1 & ½ tbs
-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed ½ tsp
-Iodized Himalayan pink salt 1 tsp or to taste
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed 1 tsp
-Hara pyaz (Spring onion) green part chopped ½ Cup
Prepare Chicken
-Boneless chicken cubes 500g
-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tbs
-Hot sauce 1 tbs
-Soy sauce 1 & ½ tbs
-Ketchup ¼ Cup
-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed ½ tsp
-Iodized Himalayan pink salt ½ tsp or to taste
-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tsp or to taste
-Chicken powder 1 & ½ tsp
-Paprika powder
-Chawal (Rice) Sella 500g (boiled with salt)
-Hara pyaz (Spring onion) green part chopped as required
Direction:
Prepare Spicy Mayo Sauce
-In a bowl, add mayonnaise, ketchup, cream, lemon juice, paprika powder, pink salt, sugar, whisk well, add Sriracha sauce, mix well, the signature spice mayo sauce is ready, set aside.
Prepare Noodle Veggie Mixture
-In a tarka pan, add Dalda cooking oil, heat it.
-Add chopped garlic, fry on low flame until golden & crispy.
-Now strain garlic, add red chilli crushed, mix well & set aside.
-Also set aside strained cooking oil for later use.
-In a wok, add reserved cooking oil (2-3 tbs) & heat it.
-Add ginger garlic crushed, mix well & sauté until fragrant.
-Add onion, carrot, capsicum, cabbage, mix well & sauté on high flame for 30 seconds.
-Add noodles, soy sauce, black pepper crushed, pink salt, red chilli crushed, spring onion & toss on high flame for 1-2 minutes, take out & set aside
Prepare Chicken
-In the same wok, add the remaining cooking oil & heat it.
-Add chicken, mix well & cook on medium flame until it changes color.
-Add ginger garlic paste, mix well & cook on medium flame for 2-3 minutes.
-Add hot sauce, soy sauce, ketchup, black pepper crushed, pink salt, red chilli powder, chicken powder & mix well.
-Add paprika powder, mix well, cook on medium flame for 2 minutes, chicken is ready, set aside.
-In a serving platter, make layer of boiled rice, fried garlic, prepared signature spicy mayo,
noodles & veggies, cooked chicken, prepared spicy mayo sauce, spring onions, fried garlic & serve!

-Ab is mein Sriracha sauce dalein aur mix karlen, signature spicy mayo sauce tayar hai, side par rakh den.
Prepare Noodle Veggie Mixture
-Ek tarka pan mein Dalda cooking oil dalein aur garam karlen.
-Is mein chopped lehsan dalein aur halki aanch par golden aur crispy hone tak fry karen.
-Ab lehsan chaan kar nikaal len, is mein red chilli crushed dalein, mix karlen aur side par rakh den.
-Jo cooking oil strain kiya tha woh bhi baad ke liye rakh den.
-Ek wok mein reserved cooking oil (2-3 tbs) dalein aur garam karlen.
-Is mein ginger garlic crushed dalein, mix karen aur khushboo aane tak sauté karen.
-Ab piyaz, gajar, shimla mirch aur band gobi dalein, mix karen aur tez aanch par 30 seconds ke liye sauté karen.
-Noodles, soy sauce, black pepper crushed, pink salt, red chilli crushed aur spring onion dalein aur high flame par 1-2 minutes toss karlen, phir nikaal kar side par rakh den.
Prepare Chicken
-Usi wok mein baqi cooking oil dalein aur garam karlen.
-Chicken dalein, mix karen aur medium flame par color change hone tak pakaen.
-Ginger garlic paste dalein, mix karen aur medium flame par 2-3 minutes pakaen.
-Hot sauce, soy sauce, ketchup, black pepper crushed, pink salt, red chilli powder aur chicken powder dalein aur mix karlen.
-Paprika powder dalein, mix karen aur medium flame par 2 minutes pakaen, chicken tayar hai, side par rakh den.
Assembling
-Ek serving platter mein boiled chawal ki layer lagayen.
-Upar fried lehsan, prepared signature spicy mayo, noodles aur veggies, cooked chicken, dobara spicy mayo sauce, spring onions aur fried lehsan dalein aur serve karen.
