Fried rice with Chicken Mongolian

Ingredients:

Prepare Mongolian Chicken:

-Boneless chicken julienne cut 400g

-Soy sauce 1 tbs

-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 tsp

-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste

-Cornflour 2 tbs

-Cooking oil 3-4 tbs

-Cooking oil 1 tbs

-Adrak (Ginger) chopped ½ tbs

-Lehsan (Garlic) chopped ½ tbs

-Soy sauce 2-3 tbs

-Hot sauce 1 tbs

-Brown sugar powdered 2 tbs

-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed ½ tsp

-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 tsp

-Water ½ Cup or as required

-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste

-Cornflour 2 tbs

-Water ¼ Cup

-Shimla mirch (Capsicum) julienne 1 medium

-Hara pyaz (Green onion) leaves chopped ½ Cup

-Water ½ Cup (if required)

-Til ka tel (Sesame oil) ½ tbs

-Safed til (Sesame seeds) 1 tsp

Prepare Fried Rice:

-Cooking oil 1 tbs

-Adrak (Ginger) chopped 1 tbs

-Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 1 tbs

-Hara pyaz (Green onion) white part chopped ½ Cup

-Anday (Eggs) 2

-Soy sauce 2 tsp

-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 tsp

-Gajar (Carrot) julienne ½ Cup

-Shimla mirch (Capsicum) sliced ½ Cup

-Band gobhi (Cabbage) shredded ½ Cup

-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste

-Til ka tel (Sesame oil) 1 tsp

-Chawal (Rice) 300g (boiled with salt)

-Hara pyaz (Green onion) leaves chopped ½ Cup

 

Directions:

Prepare Mongolian Chicken:

-In a bowl,add chicken,soy sauce,black pepper powder,salt,cornflour & mix well,cover & marinate for 25-30 minutes.

-In a wok,add cooking oil,marinated chicken,mix well & cook on medium flame for 6-8 minutes then cook on high flame for 3-4 minutes until crispy & golden brown & set aside.

-In the same wok,add cooking oil,ginger,garlic & mix well.

-Add soy sauce,hot sauce & mix well.

-Add brown sugar & mix well.

-Add red chilli crushed,black pepper powder & mix well.

-Add water & mix well.

-Add salt & mix well.

-In cornflour,add water and whisk well.

-In a wok,add dissolved cornflour,mix well and cook until sauce is thick.

-Add capsicum,green onion leaves & mix well.

-Add water and mix well.

-Add sesame oil & mix well.

-Add fried chicken & mix well.

-Sprinkle sesame seeds.

Prepare Fried Rice:

-In a wok,add cooking oil,ginger,garlic & mix well.

-Add green onion white part & mix well.

-Add whisked eggs,mix well & cook until scrambled.

-Add soy sauce & mix well.

-Add black pepper powder & mix well.

-Add carrots,capsicum,cabbage,salt,mix well & cook for 1-2 minutes.

-Add sesame oil and mix well.

-Add boiled rice & mix well.

-Add green onion leaves and mix well.

-Garnish with sesame seeds and green onion leaves.

-Serve fried rice with Chicken Mongolian.
