Chicken Bread Parcels

Ingredients:

  • Cooking oil 2-3 tbs
  • Chicken qeema (Mince) 300g
  • Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tbs
  • Tikka masala 1 & ½ tbs
  • Lemon juice 1 & ½ tbs
  • Pyaz (Onion) chopped 1 medium
  • Shimla mirch (Capsicum) chopped 1/4 Cup
  • Gajar (Carrot) chopped ½ Cup
  • Black olives sliced 2-3 tbs
  • Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 1-2 tbs
  • Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 tsp
  • Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
  • Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) ½ tsp or to taste
  • Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed 1 tsp
  • Mayonnaise 2-3 tbs
  • Tomato ketchup 2-3 tbs
  • Bread slices fresh 20-22
  • Cheese slice as required
  • Anday (Eggs) whisked 2
  • Breadcrumbs 1 Cup or as required
  • Cooking oil for frying

Directions:

In a wok,add cooking oil,chicken mince and mix well.

Add ginger garlic paste,tikka masala,lemon juice,mix well and cook for 8-10 minutes or until it dries up.

Add onion,capsicum,carrot,black olives,fresh coriander,black pepper powder,salt,red chilli powder, cumin seeds,mix well and cook for 1-2 minutes.

Turn off the flame,add mayonnaise and tomato ketchup,mix well & set aside.

Cut corners of bread slices and roll of with the help of rolling pin.

Brush water,place cheese slice,add prepared chicken filling (1 tbs),fold to make a triangle shape,press and seal the edges properly (makes 20-22).

Now dip into beaten eggs and coat in breadcrumbs.

Can be stored in freezer for up to 2-3 weeks.

In a wok,heat cooking oil and fry on medium flame until golden brown.
