Ingredients:
Prepare Pineapple Crystal Cubes:
-Pineapple water 1 & ½ Cup
-Agar agar powder 1 tbs
Prepare Pineapple Cream:
-Instant jelly mixture pineapple flavor 80g
-Hot water ½ Cup
-Whipping cream 1 & ½ Cup
-Icing sugar 3 tbs
-Vanilla essence 1 tsp
-Pineapple chunks 1 Cup
-Whipped cream ⅓ Cup or as required
Prepare Biscuit Layer:
-Biscuits 100g
-Makhan (Butter) unsalted 60g (Melted)
Assembling:
-Pista (Pistachios) chopped as required
-Rose petals (Dried) as required
Directions:
Prepare Pineapple Crystal Cubes:
-Place a strainer over a saucepan & pour the pineapple water. Reserve the pineapple slices for later use.
-Add agar agar powder to the pineapple water & whisk well.
-Turn on the flame, cook on low flame until it thickens (3-4 minutes), while stirring continuously.
-Transfer it to a flat bowl & set aside until the pineapple jelly sets properly.
Prepare Pineapple Cream:
-In a small bowl, add instant pineapple jelly mixture, hot water & whisk until well combined.
-In a bowl, add whipping cream, icing sugar, vanilla essence & beat well until soft peaks form.
-Add prepared jelly mixture in a whipped cream & beat well.
-Add pineapple chunks & mix well, pineapple cream is ready, transfer it to a piping bag.
Prepare Biscuit Layer:
-In a chopper, add biscuit & process until finely crushed
-Add melted butter, process until well combined.
Assembling:
-In a serving dish, add chopped biscuits, set it in the base, make a layer of pineapple cream then plain whipped cream, garnish with prepared pineapple jelly cubes, pistachios, rose petals & serve!

-Aanch on karen aur halki aanch par 3-4 minutes tak pakaen jab tak mixture thoda thick ho jaye, beech beech mein continuously stir karte rahen.
-Isay flat bowl mein transfer karen aur pineapple jelly ko achi tarah set hone den.

-Ek chhote bowl mein instant pineapple jelly mixture aur garam pani dalein aur whisk karen jab tak achi tarah combine ho jaye.
-Ek bowl mein whipping cream, icing sugar aur vanilla essence dalein aur beat karen jab tak soft peaks ban jayein.
-Prepared jelly mixture whipped cream mein dalein aur achi tarah beat karen.
-Pineapple chunks dalein aur mix karen, pineapple cream ready hai, ise piping bag mein transfer karlen.

-Chopper mein biscuits dalein aur finely crush karlen.
-Melted butter dalein aur process karen jab tak achi tarah combine ho jaye.
Assembling:
-Serving dish mein chopped biscuits dalein aur base mein set karlen.
-Pineapple cream ki layer banaen phir plain whipped cream ki layer dalein.
-Prepared pineapple jelly cubes, pista aur gulab ke patton se garnish karen aur serve karen!
