Ingredients:
-Pyaz (Onion) small half
-Lehsan (Garlic) cloves 4
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) handful
-Podina (Mint leaves) handful
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed ½ tsp
-Iodized Himalayan pink salt 1 tsp or to taste
-Sonth powder (Ginger powder) 1 tsp
-Kala namak (Black salt) 1 tsp
-Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed ½ tsp
-Chaat masala powder 1 tsp
-Hari mirch (Green chillies) 2
-Imli (Tamarind) pulp ½ cup
-Water ½ cup
-Rohu fish 1 Kg
-Lemon juice 2 tbs
-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 & ½ tsp or taste
-Cornflour 2 tbs
-Maida (All-purpose flour) 1 tbs
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed 1 tbs
-Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) ½ tsp
-Zarday ka rang (Orange food color) ¼ tsp
-Garam masala powder ½ tsp
-Dhania (Coriander) roasted & crushed ½ tbs
-Zeera (Cumin) roasted & crushed 1 tsp
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
-Iodized Himalayan pink salt ½ tbs or to taste
-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 2 tbs
-Anda (Egg) 1
-Sarson ka tel (Mustard oil) as required
-Ajwain (Carom seeds) ½ tsp
-Chaat masala as required
Direction:
-In a blending jar, add onion, garlic, fresh coriander, mint leaves, red chilli crushed, pink salt, ginger powder, black salt, cumin seeds, chaat masala powder, green chillies, tamarind pulp, water & blend well.
-Imli chutney is ready! set aside.
-In a bowl, add fish fillets, lemon juice & rub well then rest for 10 minutes.
-In another bowl, add red chilli powder, cornflour, all-purpose flour, red chilli crushed, turmeric powder, food colour, garam masala powder, paprika powder, coriander, cumin, black pepper powder, pink salt, ginger garlic paste, egg, mix well.
-Add prepared marinade on fish & rub well.
-On a griddle, add mustard oil & heat it.
-Add carom seeds (crushed with hands), marinated fish fillet & fry on medium heat from both sides (3-4 minutes each side)
-Sprinkle chaat masala powder, serve with prepared imli chutney & raita!

Direction:
-Blending jar mien pyaz, lehsan, hara dhania, podina, lal mirch, pink salt, adrak powder, kala namak, zeera, chaat masala powder, hari mirch, imli ka pulp, paani daal kar achi tarah blend karlen
-Imli ki chutney tayyar hai! Side par rakh dein.
-Ek bowl mein fish fillets, lemon juice dalen aur achi tarah rub kaen phir 10 minutes ke liye rest karne dein.
-Ek aur bowl mein lal mirch powder, cornflour, all-purpose flour, lal mirch crushed, haldi powder, food colour, garam masala powder, paprika powder, dhania, zeera, kali mirch powder, pink salt, adrak lehsan paste, aur anda daal kar, achi tarah mix karlen.
-Prepared marinade fish par daal kar achi tarah rub karlen
-Tawa per sarson ka tel dal kar garam karlen.
-Ab Ajwain (haath se crush ki hui) aur marinated fish fillet daal ker dono sides se medium heat par fry karen (3-4 minutes dono side se).
-Chaat masala powder sprinkle karen, prepared imli chutney & raita ke saath serve Karen!
