Prepare Sweet & Spicy Beef:

  • Beef undercut ½ kg
  • Cooking oil 2-3 tbs
  • Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 2 cloves
  • Adrak (Ginger) chopped 1 tsp
  • Sabut lal mirch (Button red chillies) 10-12
  • Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
  • Safed mirch powder (White pepper powder) 1 & ½ tsp
  • Sugar 2 & ½ tbs
  • Soy sauce 1 & ½ tbs
  • Hot sauce 3-4 tbs
  • Sirka (Vinegar) 2 & ½ tbs
  • Worcestershire sauce 1 tbs
  • Yakhni (Stock) 1 & ½ Cup
  • Cornflour 2 & ½ tsp
  • Water 1-2 tbs
  • Hara pyaz (Green onion) white part ¼ Cup
  • Makhan (Butter) 1 tbs
  • Hara pyaz (Green onion) leaves chopped

Prepare Vegetable Fried Rice:

  • Cooking oil 1-2 tbs
  • Anday (Eggs) whisked 3
  • Namak (Salt) ¼ tsp or to taste
  • Cooking oil 1-2 tbs
  • Makhan (Butter) 2 tbs
  • Gajar (Carrots) chopped ¾ Cup
  • Corn kernels boiled ¾ Cup
  • Shimla (Capsicum) chopped ¾ Cup
  • Band gobhi (Cabbage) chopped 1 Cup
  • Chawal (Rice) 2 Cups (boiled with salt until ¾th done)
  • Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) ½ tsp
  • Safed mirch powder (White pepper powder) 1 tsp
  • Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 tsp
  • Namak (Salt) ¼ tsp or to taste
  • Chicken powder 1 tbs (optional)
  • Sirka (Vinegar) 1 tbs
  • Soy sauce 2 & ½ tbs
  • Hara pyaz (Green onion) leaves chopped ½ Cup


Prepare Sweet & Spicy Beef:

Cut beef undercut into thin slices & set aside.

In a wok,add cooking oil,garlic,ginger and fry until light golden.

Add button red chillies and mix well.

Add beef slices and mix well until it changes color.

Add salt,white pepper powder,sugar,soy sauce,hot sauce,vinegar,worcestershire sauce,mix well and cook for 4-5 minutes.

Add stock,mix well and bring it to boil.

In cornflour,add water and whisk well.

Now add dissolved cornflour and mix well.

Add green onion white part,mix well and cook until sauce is thick (2-3 minutes).

Heat cast iron sizzler pan,add butter and let it melt.

Add sweet & spicy beef,garnish with green onion leaves & serve with fried rice.

Prepare Vegetable Fried Rice:

In eggs,add salt and whisk well.

In a wok,add cooking oil,whisked eggs,mix well & set aside.

In the same wok,add cooking oil,butter and let it melt.

Add carrots,corn kernels,capsicum,cabbage,mix well and cook on high flame for a minute.

Add boiled rice and give it a good mix.

Add garlic powder,white pepper powder,black pepper powder,salt,chicken powder,vinegar,soy sauce,fried egg and mix well.

Add green onion leaves and mix well.

Garnish with green onion leaves & serve!
