Ingredients:
- Dark chocolate semi sweetened 150g
- Nurpur Butter unsalted 50g
- Anday (Eggs) 2 (room temperature)
- Bareek cheeni (Caster sugar) 130g
- Vanilla essence 1 tsp
- Maida (All-purpose flour) 80g
Directions:
In a bowl,add dark chocolate,butter & microwave for 1 minute than mix well until smooth & set aside.
In a bowl,add eggs,caster sugar,vanilla essence & beat well until creamy (5-6 minutes).
Now add melted butter & chocolate & beat until just combined.
Place sifter on the bowl,add all-purpose flour,sift well & fold with the help of spatula.
Pour prepared batter in a 7 x 5-inch baking dish lined with butter paper & tap few times.
Bake in preheated oven at 175°C for 28 minutes (on lower grill).
Let it rest for few minutes.
Cut into pieces & serve!

Bowl mein dark chocolate aur makhan dal ker 1 minute kliya microwave ker lein phir smooth ho janay tak ache tarhan mix ker lein & side per rakh dein.
Bowl mein anday,bareek cheeni aur vanilla essence dal dein aur creamy ho janay tak ache tarhan beat ker lein (5-6 minutes).
Ab melted butter & chocolate dal dein aur beat ker lein.
Bowl per sifter rakh dein aur maida dal ker sift ker lein aur spatula ki madad sa fold ker lein.
Tayyar batter ko 7 x 5-inch baking dish lined with butter paper mein dal dein aur few times tab karein.
Preheated oven mein 175°C per 28 minutes kliya bake ker lein (on lower grill).
Few minutes kliya rest dein.
Pieces mein cut ker ka serve karein!
