Ingredients:
- Maida (All-purpose flour) 2/3 Cup
- Cocoa powder ½ Cup
- Anday (Eggs) 6 (room temperature)
- Cheeni (Sugar) 2/3 Cup
- Vanilla essence ½ tsp
- Whipping cream 250 gms
- Pani (Water) as required
- Cooking chocolate chopped ½ Cup
- Whipping cream
- Chocolate chips ½ Cup or as required
- Whipping cream
- Melted cooking chocolate
- Chocolate chips
- Multi sprinkle
Directions:
In bowl,place sifter,add all-purpose flour and cocoa powder,sift together,mix well & set aside.
In mixing machine,add eggs and sugar,beat until fluffy.
During mixing,add vanilla essence and beat again.
Gradually add dry ingredients and gently fold with the help of the spatula.
Grease 16 x 11 inch baking pan with oil,place butter paper and again grease it with oil.
Now pour prepared batter and spread evenly.
Bake in preheated oven at 230 C for 4 minutes.
After baking,immediately remove from the baking tray,roll carefully and remove butter paper and let it cool.
In mixing machine,add whipping cream and beat until fluffy & set aside.
In double boiler,add water and heat it.
In bowl,add cooking chocolate and mix well until smooth & set aside.
Place butter paper on working table and spread the cake base.
Add whipping cream and evenly spread it.
Add chocolate chips,roll up again to form a swiss roll with the help of the butter paper and keep in freeze for 10 minutes or refrigerate for 20 minutes.
Remove butter paper and apply whipping cream evenly.
Decorate with melted chocolate,chocolate chips and multi sprinkles.
Cut into slices & serve.

Mixing ka doran vanilla essence dal ker dubara beat ker lein.
Thora thora ker ka dry ingredients shamil karein aur spatula ki madad sa gently fold ker lein.
16 x 11 inch baking pan ko oil sa grease ker karein aur butter paper laga ker dubara oil sa grease ker lein.
Ab tayyar batter ko pour karein aur evenly pheela lein.
Preheated oven mein 230 C per 4 minutes kliya bake ker lein.
Baking ka foran bad cake ko baking tray sa nikal lein aur carefully roll karein aur butter paper nikal lein aur thanda ker lein.
Mixing machine mein whipping cream dal dein aur fluffy hunay tak beat ker lein & side per rakh dein.
Double boiler mein pani dal ker garam ker lein.
Bowl mein cooking chocolate dal dein aur smooth hunay tak ache tarhan mix karein & side per rakh dein.
Working table per butter paper laga lein aur cake base ko pheela dein.
Whipping cream dal ker evenly pheela lein.
Chocolate chips dal dein aur butter paper ki madad sa dubara swiss roll ki tarhan roll ker lein aur 10 minutes kliya freeze or 20 minutes kliya refrigerate ker lein.
Butter paper ko nikal lein aur whipping cream laga lein.
Melted chocolate,chocolate chips aur multi sprinkles sa decorate karein.
Slices mein cut ker ka serve karein.
