  • Chicken boneless cubes ½ kg
  • Dahi (Yogurt) ¾ Cup
  • Olive oil 2 & ½ tbs
  • Tomato paste 1 tbs
  • Lehsan (Garlic) crushed 1 tsp
  • Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
  • Paprika powder 1 tsp
  • Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 tsp
  • Zeera powder (Cumin powder) ½ tsp
  • Dried oregano 1 tsp
  • Sumac powder 1 tsp (optional)
  • Lemon juice 2 tbs
  • Oil


In bowl,add chicken boneless cubes,yogurt,olive oil,tomato paste,garlic,salt,paprika powder,black pepper powder,cumin powder,dried oregano and mix well.

Add sumac powder,lemon juice and mix well.

Cover and let it marinate for 4 hours to overnight in refrigerator.

Thread chicken boneless cubes into skewers.

In grill pan,add oil and grill skewers from all sides until done.

Give a coal smoke if desired.
