Ingredients:
- Boneless beef undercut (cut into 1 inch pieces) 750g
- Pyaz (Onion) chopped 1 medium
- Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 1 & ½ tbs
- Paprika powder 1 tbs
- Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
- Dhania powder (Coriander powder) ½ tbs
- Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) ½ tsp
- Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 tsp
- Zeera powder (Cumin powder) 1 tbs
- Onion powder ½ tsp
- Lemon juice 2-3 tbs
- Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped handful
- Fresh parsley chopped handful
- Red bell pepper cubes
- Pyaz (Onion) cubes
- Lemon slice
- Shimla mirch (Capsicum)
- Cooking oil 2-3 tbs
Directions:
In a bowl,add beef,onion,garlic,paprika powder,salt,coriander powder,garlic powder,black pepper powder,cumin powder,onion powder,lemon juice,fresh coriander,fresh parsley and mix well,cover & marinate for 3-4 hours.
Thread the wooden skewer with red bell pepper,marinated beef cube,onion,beef cube,lemon slice, beef cube,capsicum,beef cube,lemon slice,beef cube,onion,beef cube & red bell pepper (makes 8-10).
On grill pan,add cooking oil and grill skewers on low flame from all sides until done (10-12 minutes).
Serve with pita bread & salad.

Bowl mein beef,pyaz,lehsan,paprika powder,namak,dhania powder,lehsan powder,kali mirch powder,zeera powder,onion powder,lemon juive,hara dhania aur fresh parsley dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker 3-4 hours kliya marinate ker lein.
Wooden skewer per red bell pepper,marinated beef cube,pyaz,beef cube,lemon slice,beef cube,shimla mirch,beef cube,lemon slice,beef cube,pyaz,beef cube & red bell pepper laga lein (makes 8-10).
Grill pan mein cooking oil dal dein aur skewers ko halki ancch per tamam sides sa golden brown hunay tak grill ker lein (10-12 minutes).
Pita bread & salad ka saath serve karein.
