Pista Frozen Trifle

Ingredients:

-Whipping cream 200ml

-Vanilla essence 1 tsp

-Pista (Pistachios) blanched ⅓ Cup

-Elaichi powder (Cardamom powder) ¼ tsp

-Doodh (Milk) ½ Cup

-Doodh (Milk) 1 Cup

-Sugar ¼ Cup

-Cornflour 1 tbs

-Pistachio essence ½ tsp

-Cream ½ Cup

-Green food color 3-4 drops

-Plain cake cubes as required

-Sugar syrup as required

-Chocolate syrup as required

-Dried rose petals

-Pista (Pistachios) chopped ¼ Cup or as required

-Badam (Almonds) chopped ¼ Cup or as required

-Omore Pista Flavour 2 litre

-Pista (Pistachios) chopped 1 tbs or as required

-Badam (Almonds) chopped 1 tbs or as required

-Dried rose petals 1 tbs

 

Directions:

-In a bowl,add whipping cream,vanilla essence & beat until stiff peaks form (4-5 minutes) then transfer to a piping bag.
-In a grinder,add pistachios,cardamom powder & milk,blend well to make a paste & set aside.
-In a saucepan,add milk,sugar, cornflour,pistachio essence & whisk well.
-Turn on the flame,bring it to boil & cook on medium flame until it thickens.
-Turn off the flame,add blended pistachio paste,cream,green food color & mix well,turn on the flame & cook for a minute.Let it cool.Pistachio sauce is ready & transfer to a squeeze bottle.
-Cut pistachio flavour into slices.
-In a trifle bowl,add plain cake,sugar syrup,chocolate syrup,prepared pistachio sauce,dried rose petals, pistachios,almonds,pistachio flavour & spread evenly.
-Add chocolate syrup,whipped cream,pistachio sauce,plain cake,sugar syrup,chocolate syrup,dried petals,pistachios,almonds,pistachio flavor,spread evenly & freeze for 3-4 hours.
-Garnish with whipped cream,pistachio sauce,chocolate syrup & make a swirl design.
-In a bowl,add pistachios,almonds,dried rose petals (crush with hands),sprinkle on top & serve!
