Ingredients:
- Adrak paste (Ginger paste) 1 tsp
- Lehsan paste (Garlic paste) ½ tbs
- Lal mirch powder (Red chili powder) ½ tsp or to taste
- Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
- Brown sugar ½ tbs
- Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
- Tomato ketchup 1 tbs
- Sirka (Vinegar) ½ tsp
- Hot sauce 1 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce 1 tsp
- Mustard paste 1 tsp
- Olive oil 2 tsp
- Mutton Ribs ½ kg
Directions:
In bowl,add ginger paste,garlic paste,red chili powder,salt,brown sugar,black pepper powder,tomato ketchup,vinegar,hot sauce,worcestershire sauce,mustard paste and olive oil,mix well & set aside.
In bowl add mutton ribs and prepared marination,mix well and marinate for 3 hours.
Fold marinated mutton ribs in aluminum foil and bake in preheated oven at 180 C for 1 hour.
Take out from the oven,open aluminum foil and again bake at 180 C for 30 minutes.
Let it rest for 10 minutes then cut into desired shape.

Bowl mein adrak paste,lehsan paste,lal mirch powder,namak,brown sugar,kali mirch powder,tomato ketchup,sirka,hot sauce,worcestershire sauce,mustard paste aur olive oil dal ker ache tarhan mix karein & side per rakh dein.
Bowl mein mutton rubs aur prepared marination dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 3 hours kliya marinate ker lein.
Marinated mutton ribs ko aluminum foil mein fold karein aur preheated oven mein 180 C per 1 hour kliya bake ker lein.
Oven sa bahir nikal ker aluminum foil ko khool lein aur dubara 180 C per 30 minutes kliya bake ker lein.
10 minutes kliya rest dein phir desired shape mein cut ker lein.
