  • Badaam (Almonds) ¼ cup
  • Doodh (Milk) 500 ml
  • Pani (Water) ¼ cup
  • Elaichi powder (Cardamom Powder) 1 tsp
  • Cheeni (Sugar) 5 tbs or to taste
  • Namak (Salt) ¼ tsp
  • Chawal ka atta (Rice Flour) 4 tbs
  • Arq e gulab (Rose water) 1 tsp
  • Nuts for garnishing


In mixer,add almonds and grind to make almond powder,set aside.

In wok,add milk,water and keep stirring.

Add cardamom powder,almond powder and keep stirring.

Add sugar and salt,mix well.

When sugar dissolves completely,gradually add rice flour while stirring to avoid lumps.

Keeping whisking so it becomes thick like pudding.

Add rose water and mix well.

Garnish with nuts and refrigerate.
