Ingredients:
- Lemon 1
- Peaches 4 large
- Lemon zest 1 tsp
- Kala namak (Black salt) ½ tsp
- Sugar ¾ Cup
- Lemon juice 1/3 Cup
- Water 2 Cups
Assembling:
- Ice cubes
- Peach concentrate ¼ Cup
- 7up
- Peach slices
- Mint leaves
Directions:
Grate lemon zest with the help of grater & set aside.
Cut peaches into cubes & deseeded them.
In a saucepan,add peaches,lemon zest,black salt,sugar,lemon juice and water,mix well & bring it to boil,cover partially & cook on medium flame until tender (15-20 minutes).
Mash well with the help of masher then strain with the help of strainer then mix well.Peach concentrate is ready!
Let it cool.
Peach concentrate can be stored for up to 2 weeks in refrigerator (Yields approx. 700ml).
Assembling:
In a serving glass,add ice cubes,peach concentrate,7up & stir.
Garnish with peach slices,mint leaves & serve!

Peaches ko cubes mein cut ker ka seeds nikal lein.
Saucepan mein peaches,lemon zest,kala namak,cheeni,lemon juice aur pani dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ubal anay ka bad dhak dein aur darmiyani ancch per gul janay tak paka lein (15-20 minutes).
Masher ki madad sa ache tarhan mash karein phir strainer sa strain ker ka ache tarhan mix ker lein.Peach concentrate tayyar hai.
Thanda ker lein.
Peach concentrate ko 2 weeks kliya refrigerator mein store ker saktay han (Yields approx. 700ml).
Assembling:
Serving glass mein ice cubes,peach concentrate aur 7up dal ker stir ker lein.
Peach slices aur podina sa garnish ker ka serve karein!
