Ingredients:
- Maida (All-purpose flour) sifted 2 Cups
- Namak (Salt) ½ tsp
- Ghee 2 tbs
- Doodh (Milk) ½ Cup
- Pani (Water) 2 tbs or as required
- Chana daal (Split Bengal gram) soaked & boiled 1 Cup
- Ghee 3 tbs
- Kishmish (Raisins) ¼ Cup
- Cheeni (Sugar) ¾ Cup or to taste
- Badam (Almonds) chopped ½ Cup
- Sukha nariyal (Dry coconut) grated ½ Cup
- Elaichi powder (Cardamom powder) 1 tsp
- Khoya grated 1 Cup
- Cooking oil for frying
Directions:
In bowl,add all-purpose flour,salt and mix.
Add ghee and mix well.
Gradually add milk and knead well.
Add water and knead until dough is formed,cover and let it rest for 30 minutes.
In chopper,add split bengal garm,chop well & set aside.
In wok,add ghee and let it melt.
Add raisins,fry for 1 minute and take out in a bowl.
Add chopped split bengal gram,mix well and cook on low flame for 12-15 minutes.
Add sugar,almonds and dry coconut,mix continuously and cook on low flame for 4-5 minutes.
Add cardamom powder and mix well.
Ad khoya and mix until well combined.
Add fried raisins and mix well for 2-3 minutes.
Let it cool down.
Take a dough and knead dough again with wet hands.
Sprinkle all-purpose flour and divide the dough into two equal parts.
Take one part of dough,make a ball and roll out with the help of rolling pin.
Cut the rolled dough into round shape,take halwa and make a ball and stuffed puri with halwa and seal the edges with water (makes 6-8).
In wok,add heat cooking oil and fry puri on medium low flame until golden.

Ghee dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Thora thora ker ka doodh shamil karein aur ache tarhan ghond lein.
Pani dal dein aur ghond ker dough tayyar ker lein aur dhak ker 30 minutes kliya rakh dein.
Chopper mein chana daal dal dein aur ache tarhan chop ker lein & side per rakh dein.
Karhai mein ghee dal ker melt ker lein.
Kishmish dal ker 1 minute kliya fry karein aur bowl mein nikal lein.
Chopped chana daal dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur halki ancch per 12-15 minutes kliya paka lein.
Cheeni,badam aur sukha nariyal dal dein aur halki ancch per 4-5 minutes kliya paka lein aur musalsal mix kertay rahein.
Elaichi powder dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
Khoya shamil karein aur ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Ab fried kishmish dal dein aur 2-3 minutes kliya ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Thanda ker lein.
Dough ko dubara geelay haathon sa ghond lein.
Maida chirak dein aur dough ko do hisson mein divide ker lein.
Dough ko lein aur ball bana lein aur rolling pin ki madad sa bail lein.
Rolled dough ko round shape mein cut ker lein aur halwa ka ball bana lein aur puri per rakh ker edges ko pani sa seal ker lein (makes 6-8).
Karhai mein cooking oil garam karein aur puri ko halki darmiyani ancch per golden hunay tak fry ker lein.
