Prepare Tzatziki Creamy Cucumber Sauce:

-Kheera (Cucumber) 1 large

-Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 2 cloves

-Fresh parsley chopped ½ tsp

-Dahi (Yogurt) hung 1 Cup

-Sirka (Vinegar) 1 tbs

-Himalayan pink salt ½ tsp or to taste

-Olive oil extra virgin 2 tbs

Prepare Greek Chicken Souvlaki:

-Chicken fillet 600g

-Jaifil powder (Nutmeg powder) ¼ tsp

-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed ½ tsp

-Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) 1 tsp

-Himalayan pink salt 1 tsp or to taste

-Dried basil ½ tsp

-Soya (Dill) 1 tsp

-Paprika powder ½ tsp

-Darchini powder (Cinnamon powder) ¼ tsp

-Dried oregano 2 tsp

-Lemon juice 2 tbs

-Sirka (Vinegar) 1 tbs

-Olive oil extra virgin 1 tbs

-Olive oil extra virgin 2 tbs

-Naan or Flat bread

-Kheera (Cucumber) slices

-Pyaz (Onion) sliced

-Tamatar (Tomato) sliced


-Lemon slices

-Fresh parsley chopped



Prepare Tzatziki Creamy Cucumber Sauce:

-Grate cucumber with the help of grater then squeeze out completely.

-In a bowl,add grated cucumber,garlic,fresh parsley,yogurt,vinegar,pink salt,olive oil & mix until well combined.

Prepare Greek Chicken Souvlaki:

-Cut chicken into long strips.

-In a bowl,add chicken,nutmeg powder,black pepper crushed,garlic powder,pink salt,dried basil,dill,paprika powder,cinnamon powder,dried oregano,lemon juice,vinegar,olive oil & mix well,cover & marinate for 30 minutes.

-Thread chicken strips into wooden skewer (makes 3-4).

-On griddle,heat olive oil & grill skewers on medium low flame from all sides until done (10-12 minutes).

-On same griddle,place naan,apply remaining marinade on both sides & fry for a minute then cut into slices.

-On serving platter,add tzatziki creamy cucumber sauce,fried naan or flat bread,Greek chicken souvlaki,cucumber, onion,tomato,olives lemon slices,fresh parsley & serve!
